Perfect location!
The accommodations were simple while being perfect. Easy access to parking through the rental. Easy walking distance to everything you want to see! No question if we were to visit Parma again, we would stay here!

The enthusiastic description of the place is accurate— the place is beautifully furnished, spacious and centrally located in the most architecturally interesting area. The staff is very helpful and efficient. A great experience!

Great location, great service.
It was really nice to have a 2 bedroom apartment but still enjoy the amenities of a hotel. We were able to have ice and a tray of cheese, salami and prosciutto sent to our room, which was very handy after a long travel day. The hotel arranged a driver for a tour of a cheese factory and a prosciutto factory, both of which were excellent. Our driver, I believe her name was Christina, was awesome and really made the trip easy and fun. The location is ideal as we were able to walk from the train station (less than 1 mile, probably 1 kilometer) and we could pretty much walk to anything we wanted to see.

The Best Ever
Of the many VBRO properties we have stay at, this is by far the best. You stay in a centuries old Palace that has been renovated to provided the latest and best in furnishings and equipment. Unlike the traditional VBRO rental, breakfast at the TCafe is included, as is daily maid service, complete with fresh linens and towels. The owner takes personal interest in your comfort and enjoyment. Payment by credit card is simple - a down payment prior to arrival with final settlement upon checkout. The price quoted is what you pay - no security deposit, no cleaning fee. The central location provides easy access to restaurants, attractions, transportation and sightseeing. Our challenge now is to find a better VBRO. I don't think we will succeed.
