A beautiful area and a great home for our stay
We loved this guest house for our brief stay. The home was lovely, and very private. We were very happy to have a place just a bit off the beaten path for a night on our journey. We highly recommend it!

This is the second year that we’ve stayed here. This year was even better than the last because the weather was perfect for porch sitting and being entertained by the chickens and guineas 🙂 Very clean and had everything that we needed for a relaxing stay. Beautiful countryside but still close to shopping and restaurants.

Great place to stay
Great place to stay, had another couple with us so we each had a full bath room and bed room on each end of the mobile home. Stayed for six nights out in the country, quiet, clean, waking up to the roaster crowing. Enjoyed talking to Barbara for a while.

Such a wonderful location with country feel but easy access to shops. Just a delightful time with family ~ excellent outdoor living as well as comfortable sitting area inside. Perfect vacation spot with all the comforts of home. Looking forward to our next visit already!

This home is exactly as described! Beautiful scenery, quiet neighborhood, and comfortable/ clean. This family obviously takes good care of the property. We also got to enjoy the cows and chickens in the yard. We will definitely be back.

Nice country home, out of the hustle and bustle of the traffic and crowds. Easy access to all major attractions and restaurants. About a 20 minute drive to everything we were doing in the area.

Wonderful country spot
We were very impressed with this rental. It is very comfortable and clean with good quality furniture and appliances. The location was perfect with the beautiful farms and open spaces but also within 10 minutes drive to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed greeting the calves in the field next to the house and seeing horses and buggies go by the window. We hope to stay again soon.

Comfortable and very clean!
The property is beautiful with a swingset for the kids and a view of cows, horses, and we even saw a beautiful swan. You feel like you’re staying on the farm with all the modern conveniences and comfort. The home was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay there again!

Roger and I thoroughly enjoyed our extended (11 days) stay while visiting our family for our grandson's graduation. It was a short drive to our daughter's and offered us the perfect place to return to at night - a home away from home. Quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable mobile home. Much better option than the in-town hotel room we were originally planning to stay in. Only regret is that we were not able to stay a second night. Large backyard deck and surprise wake-up to the neighbor cows. If you like to visit this area because it is a peaceful break from your city or suburban life, this little cottage delivers the experience you are looking for.

Beautiful & Relaxing
This home was great! It was in a good location, we were able to drive to many places in Lancaster easily. Also, it was clean and well stocked, it had everything we needed. The view of the farm was a huge bonus. Waking up to the animals was wonderful. My kids also enjoyed playing on the swing set. We had a great time, just wished we could have stayed longer!

Gracious hospitality in a lovely spacious setting
This "farm" home is perfect for families with children who love to play in a large rolling yard while watching cows, horses, goats and chickens nearby (fenced), see thousands of stars at nite in a perfectly dark sky (no nearby house or street lights) and like to be awakened in the morning by the sounds of roosters and horse/buggies going by. The Stoltzfus family is an exceptionally thoughtful and lovely family!
