Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. House as Advertised. Very spacious and well appointed!
This is a great house for a family or group of 7-8. Everyone had their own space and kitchen- family room were comfortable for us to all hang out. Only negative comments were the pillows need to be updated and the condo was a little further from the town of Park City than we were expecting. Overall I would recommend Bobsled House

Felt like we were at home!
We had a group of 10 and we felt like there was plenty of room! The kids were able to relax in the hot tub after long days of playing lacrosse. House was very clean and organized. Plenty of towels and dishes were available for this big group! BBQ worked great and we were able to make nice dinners. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Beautiful cabin. Pictures do not do this property justice. Had tons of amenities. The rooms were cozy and the beds were comfortable. Close enough to the ski area but far enough to not deal with the hectic traffic. Will definitely rebook if in the area.

We had a great time!
Really nice property. Our family of 12 had a great time! Plenty of seating and plenty of beds. The home worked out perfectly. Wish we could have stayed longer. The bunk beds were pretty wobbly and the kids were afraid to sleep on the top bunk. They need to be shored up to make them safer. Carpets were dirty as well, and it appeared that the master shower is growing mold!

Great place. While it sleeps 10 great the place is not great for small children as there is not much of an inside area to play. The location is great. There is only the use of one car garage because of the owners car which can make it tight on parking for a large group especially when there is a lot of snow fall. On the other hand the powder skiing was fantastic.

Beautiful Home for the Holidays
Our whole family loved this house. The kids loved the hot tub and the super cute log bunk beds. There were lots of games and puzzles for family fun. I loved the kitchen with everything i needed to prepare great meals and the large round glass dining table for enjoying dinner with the whole family. It was close to the ski mountains but still far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Also having the walmart and Whole Foods just around the corner was a plus. The view from the big window in the den by the fireplace was amazing and the whole house was beautifully decorated. Perfect home for creating great holiday memories.

Girls Weekend
We have stayed at this property 3x now over a 5 year period. It is a wonderful space with everything you need for a nice time. We have always prepared and cooked our meals here. The kitchen is well stocked. The condo has plenty of room for 10 adults. It has always been very clean and well maintained, but this visit wasn't so much. Some dishes had been put away dirty. The refrigerator did not get below 47 degrees without turning on the turbo cool ootion. The carpets need to be cleaned, the tile floors turned our feet black. I think the cleaning service is not doing that great of a job. Especially for how high the cleaning fee is. We love this condo for its space, location and amenities. But in general i think It is getting a little tired and could use some updates.

Lovely, clean property in a great location. Comfortable for our group of 7. Compared to other family members staying in the area, this property was a good value. We had a small issue with air conditioning and the management company was very responsive and it was resolved quickly. Don’t hesitate to rent this townhouse!

Wonderful Property and Great Location!
We just spent a long weekend in Park City and had the best time! It was an ideal location for our weekend away to reunite with college friends. Luxury home, but not in best of shape.
Nice and beautiful home, house as such has all you need and can think of. Location excellent. Howerer not in condition as luxury home should be (problems with drains, hut tub broke down, internet quality is very poor, some light bulbs were out and such things). Luxury home, which was not in in luxury shape unfortunately.
