This Three Kings Townhome offers the perfect location for your mountain getaway. Centrally located in historic Park City, Utah this 1300 square foot property is a 1 Bedroom + Loft, 2 ½ Bath unit capable of sleeping 6 guests comfortably. The upstairs loft has an expansive king-size bed with a flat-screen TV along with a second bedroom on the main level with 2 Twin beds and with ensuite bathroom. A sofa sleeper is available in the living room.

Take advantage of Three Kings community amenities; a year-round pool and hot tub, a clubhouse with a fitness center, and assigned underground parking. This property is within walking distance of the Three Kings lift or Silver Star lift at the Park City Mountain Resort and for summer reservations it is a stone's throw from the Park City Golf Course.

The Park City Mountain Resort may close certain lifts during the winter season.
*NOTE* There is a wall-mounted AC unit in the loft that cools the unit effectively.

Master bedroom (upstairs loft) – King bed, 55” TV, en suite bathroom includes a soothing shower. *** IMPORTANT BEDROOM NOTE *** This room overlooks the downstairs living room and is not completely private.

Excellent place
Worked perfectly for our family of four. Essentially ski-in/ski-out. Warm pool and huge hot tub for the complex too. Very nice.

Perfect location for access to skiing (less than 5 min walk to Eagle lift), well-stocked kitchen, 2 min walk to clubhouse with hot tub/pool, nice mountain views, cozy fireplace, easy access to bus route—perfect for our family or four! Host was very prompt responding to questions both before and during our stay!

Great for skiers and loungers
We stayed here for holiday season ski trip with the family (2 adults, 2 teens). The property is nice and accommodating, both for the skiers and readers, with comfortable couches and a nice sized table for food and games. The kitchen is well stocked with all the supplies and appliances needed (Keurig and drip coffee makers!). Its location near the the bus line and the lifts was perfect - not quite ski in/ski out, but almost. We didn't rent a car and had no issues getting to the mountain or town. We used the spa a few times - it's large enough to support the entire complex (many buildings), but heavily chlorinated. The property manager was responsive when we needed help starting the fire place. Overall, it was a great visit and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
