Had 11 guys for a ski trip which the house was easily suited for. 4 minute walk to ski trail which was perfect .256 steps down to Main Street which was easy and perfect .
Amazing house for big group (11 of us fit comfortably) and super convenient location for ski on/off and walking to Main Street! Michael was a great host!
Very impressed. Loved the place. plenty of space and activities for a large group. Owner is very accommodating and super friendly. Overall great stay with a quick walk to main street and town lift for ski access. Would stay again. 10/10.
Great location for a ski trip. Good beds and loved the common game room space (shared with next door). Had a couple of small issues but Michael was very quick to respond and address. For the size of the property was surprised at the smaller main floor space for a house that sleeps up to 14. Hot tub and sauna were great to have onsite. Hot tub is an max of 4, but some nice to soak after a full day of skiing. Overall worked great and would book again, great location for skiing and really close to Main Street (just be prepared for the stairs coming back and a spiked heart rate!). Thanks Michael!
We took our kids and invited another family to our first ski trip in Park City and had an absolute blast. Our friends used the ski in and ski out access point right next to the house and we took the short 5 min drive because our kids and I had never skiied. We enjoyed full days on the mountains and returned to the cozy cabin with relaxing hot tub and the perfect space for our kids to enjoy and the adults to kick back. We walked to main street with our crew for dinners a couple of the nights, ordered food to the house the other nights and were all set up with everything we needed (and used instacart or a short trip to the grocery store for anything extra). Everything was so convenient and enjoyable. Cannot wait to go back!
Well stocked house and clean as advertised. Was very nice to have spices, coffee filter, paper products etc. already supplied.
It's an easy 3 minute flat walk to end of street to Quit N Time Trail to ski down to Town Lift. Note that the last part of the ski down the trail the street I would consider intermediate with a bit of moguls. 5-7 minute walk down a series of metal steps to Park Avenue for lots of restaurants and nightlife. So long as you pause a bit when needed for a leg break (after a full day of skiing) the stairs were no issue. It snowed pretty much the entire time we were there and we had no issues navigating the steps.
The owner Michael was extremely responsive and even graciously allowed us to get a few hours of skiing in on checkout day by leaving our suitcases in the garage after checkout time.
Overall very pleased.
My friends and I stayed in this home for my 30th birthday trip. The house was as described on the website, and the location was perfect. It is ski-in ski-out using the run Quittin Time. That run is a challenging blue run so a few of my friends who are beginner skiers had trouble skiing it, but the rest of our group enjoyed the easy access. It's a quick walk to Main Street via a flight of stairs. None of us rented a car because we could walk to Main street and ski-in and out. The host Michael was responsive and friendly. He came over over every day to check on or work on things around the house, but we did not mind that. He was able to accommodate an early check in and late check out for us which we really appreciated. We very much enjoyed our stay!
Great house and excellent location for snowboarding/skiing
This is a very clean, thoughtfully laid out rental for large groups. We had a great time riding to and from Park City directly from this rental. Just walk outside, turn right, walk half a block, and ride to the town lift. The place looks just like it does on VRBO so we were pleased. I wish there would have been more towels and toiletries, but that was no big deal. Michael communicated very well ahead of our stay, and accommodated a late checkout on our final day, but he showed up twice during our three night stay which was a bit excessive. The hot tub has a view to die for at night.
Keep in mind that the unit is four levels so you'll be walking stairs. Also it's quite an uphill stair hike to get to the house from Main St. This wasn't a big deal for my group, but if you're not up for it, you'll likely need to Uber up the hill for about $15. The walk down the stairs is easy ;)
The game room that has the pool table and sauna is shared with the adjacent unit so keep that in mind too since you might have aggressive pool playing strangers there at night.
Clean, comfortable and great location but house lacked some basics, like sponge, soap, salt & pepper, which are relatively inexpensive but annoying to have to purchase while on vacation. Otherwise as advertised and we had a great stay.
This home is perfect for a large diverse group of adults and/or children. The bedroom mix and bed mix as well as 4 stories allowed us to allot spaces for our mix of late teens, adults, boys and girls and the common spaces were plenty big to handle the demand of dinners at home, relaxing at night, hot tubbing after the day on the slopes, and finding space for peace and quiet as well. Can't beat a short walk down the lane to hop on the slopes and jump on the town lift as well as ski down to the same junction heading home. We would definitely stay here again.
Although this was a great location and Michael allowed us to extend our checkout time, the property could use some updating. No amenities such as soap for the bathrooms, hot tub towels, washcloths were provided. Asked for washcloths and got hand towels the same day. Found some multiple-legged creatures inhabiting also. Overall, the trip was pretty good. Walking distance to Main St. via 279 stairs down and back up. Great for those who want a little bit more exercise!
This home was as described. It was clean and the location was wonderful. The owner, Micheal, was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful vacation home for big groups and families!
We had a great 5 day stay at Michael's condo in Park City. Our group of 10 included the grandparents, my family and my brother's family. There was ample beds, bathrooms, and space to make everyone's stay very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we ate most of our meals in the home. The location was great, and as advertised, we were able to ski in and out to Park City Mountain. Everyone enjoyed the game room, as well as soaking in the hot tub after a full day of skiing. Michael is a great host and is very responsive to any questions that might come up.
