As a guest at the Red Pine Condominiums, you’ll have access to an array of recreational amenities - including a pool and hot tub.

A large sectional and comfy rocking chair in the living room offer seating for eight, providing the perfect place to unwind by the gas fireplace. Swap stories from your day’s adventures, or watch a movie on the Samsung 50” TV with a surround sound system, DVD player, and cable TV. Large windows overlook the surrounding pines, while a glass door leads to a private patio with mountain views.

After a day of skiing, whip up a hearty dinner in the sleek kitchen. The chef in your group will appreciate the ample cookware, stainless steel Frigidaire appliances, and eye-catching black granite countertops. Gather for meals at the dining table set for eight or the kitchen bar that seats three. The primary suite is on the third floor and features a gas fireplace. The private patio has seating for two, offering a pleasant spot to relax in the fresh pine-scented air. To enjoy meals outside, fire up the gas grill or pack a basket and head to one of the nearby picnic areas.

Minutes away from the slopes, this townhome offers an ideal location for winter enthusiasts. A mere 2-minute drive will have you at the Cabriolet ski lift, which will whisk you to the slopes and the Canyons Village. Once at Canyons Village, check out One Sweet Ride and Canyons Mountain Sports for any added gear you might need. For an evening out, drive 4.5 miles to Park City’s historic Main Street for a plethora of shops, restaurants, and art galleries.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Clubhouse, pool and hot tub are closed mid-April until Memorial Day weekend, and the Tuesday after Labor Day through the Friday after Thanksgiving.
The Canyons Connect Shuttle can take guests door to door.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
