Clean and as described, but worst experience I've had with a reservation. The texted instructions that were sent didn't include condo number- just the address to the garage and a list of numbers with no clear explanation on how to use them. When I reached out no one could tell me where the condo was except on the 2nd floor. After several searches we found the number on our own, but it was NOT clear or easy to find. There were no directions/map to the pool or hot tubs that were in a whole other building across the street- again we had to call. A simple map in the condo would solve that problem. The blinds in the main bedroom are missing several slats and there is a fan that randomly kicks on and off day and night- this was a complaint another customer had 2 years ago that clearly hasn't been addresses. The main bed was very uncomfortable and the top floor was very hot. Silly complaint but all the painting were crooked. Note for future family stays, there is a random closet looking door on the top floor that opens to the hall way on the floor above. We didn't know this and our little ones decided to explore in the middle of the night. A sign, sticker or some kind of warning would save everyone that problem.

It was so clean! We loved all the extras- blankets in the living room, amazing smelling soaps, plenty of towels, beds had clean, crisp sheets. We loved our stay.

Great location! Clean and comfortable
We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and functional. The location was perfect! The elevator from the parking garage wasn't working, but the unit wasn't too far from where we were able to park, so it wasn't bad. The hot tub in our building also wasn't open, which was a bummer, but overall not a huge deal. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect place for a quick girls weekend. Everything was wonderful and clean. Couldn't figure out the fireplace but other than that it was a great place to stay. Thank you!

Great location, we wouldn’t stay here again
This is our third family ski trip to Park City and we have always stayed in a condo in the Lodge at Mountain Village complex. This condo lacked the comfort and details. Here’s the Good and Bad of this particular condo: Good: - this location is superb. Ski rental, multiple ski lifts, restaurants, coffee shop, and retail shops all located in this complex. - this condo had a nice view and felt sunny and bright. - one parking spot for our rental car. - laundry machine in the unit. Bad: - really uncomfortable foam mattress in the main bedroom. - vertical blinds in main BR had missing slats upon arrival and had to hang a bed sheet all week for privacy. Reported broken blinds on arrival. Handyman arrived unannounced 4 days later with new slats, but my wife was on a video work call when he arrived, so he left me with the slats. However, the condo has zero tools available and I had to borrow a screwdriver from the ski rental shop and finally fixed the blinds on day 6 and removed the hanging sheet. - 2” gap on left side of vertical blinds couldn’t be closed for privacy in the main BR. - No vacuum, No Broom, No Mop. Seriously, we need something to clean up the floor. - bath fans were noisy and come on automatically. The fan in the laundry randomly turns on all day. - hot tub in the building was “out of order” during our stay. - the fireplace is a joke and barely shows a flame. - the condo had one extra garbage bag, no tin foil, no shelf space.

Nice location, decent place but not the best
Locations great, bed was new and incredibly hard, was decently clean but definitely could have been improved, balcony had some incredibly sharp edges that cut me and family, the comforter actually had stains of some sort on it, I probably wouldn’t stay at this location again.

Very nice place with a few drawbacks.
The location of this property is great, with Alpine Slide/Coaster right in it's backyard. Parking was a little confusing, as the garage has different entrances at different levels. We also had an issue with not having a parking pass in the unit, but eventually management got that replaced for us. Inside the place has some nice modern updates and decor. The place was nice and clean other than some food items that had been left hidden in the kitchen cupboard and oven (from the last guests). The beds are comfortable, but the loft area with the bunk beds was SO, SO, SO HOT! We could keep the temps comfortable/cool on the main level around 68-70 and the loft went above 80, even in the middle of the night. The loft is equipped with a celling fan (which maintenance tried to come fix when it wasn't working, but I ended up fixing on my own with a battery replacement in the remote switch). It also has two box fans stored in the loft area, but otherwise a major lack in AC circulation for the whole loft. Overall the stay was pretty good. The facilities there have a lot to offer with lots of hot tubs and a pool. The place was pretty well equipped with anything we needed. I think I would only consider staying here if it was winter (although that is the busy and more expensive ski season) or if the AC situation in the loft could be improved.
