Nestled right by the Park City Tanger Outlet stores, Powderwood is the perfect place for a vacation any time of year. Just minutes from the ski resorts and historic downtown, this top-floor condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a loft seating/reading/relaxing area, and comfortably sleeps four to six.

The main living room has plenty of seating and a cozy gas fireplace for cold winter days or cool summer mountain evenings. A balcony off the living room has seating, a BBQ and beautiful, unobstructed mountain views!

The master bedroom has a comfortable King bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a detached full bathroom. There is a queen-raised, self-inflatable air bed for flex sleeping.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to easily dine in. Make a delicious breakfast before heading out for the day, have lunch and snack items around and enjoy a delicious crockpot meal at the end of your day of fun or throw some burgers on the BBQ!

The free shuttle picks up near the complex every 15 minutes and the Redstone Shopping Center (stores, dining, entertainment) is just across the highway.

The entire home is equipped with central air-conditioning, full heat, free WiFi, and Comcast cable TV. There is also a private in-home washer and dryer, ironing board, blow dryer and games.

Along with the home, you’ll have access to the Powderwood community amenities with a hot tub (open all year), pool (open in summer only), lighted tennis courts, volleyball court, BBQ's and picnic area. Powderwood is adjacent to a paved walking/biking trail.

Don’t worry about parking! One covered reserved space is available plenty of first-come first-served spots for one additional vehicle.

Great Location, Clean and Good Amenities
We enjoyed staying here and would definitely visit again. Check in / checkout was very simple. The place was well setup with any kitchen gadgets you need and a decent propane barbecue for grilling. Very quick drive to Canyon Village for skiing and all the shops you need nearby.

Our stay at Powderwood Condos
We just spend a week at Powderwood Condos. This condo is everything as advertised and more. It was very clean. In kitchen you'll find everything you'll need to prepare your meal. The beads are in good shape with excellent linen. The bathrooms were very clean. Location is very convenient. You'll be away from crowded Park City but the free public transportation buss station is on 3 minute walk. We would recommend this place

Beautiful view
The view from the master bedroom and the living room really made the stay. My 2 young children really enjoyed the board games provided. It was nice having 2 bathrooms for the 4 of us. I know the host can't do anything about the other amenities but there is no pool table or movie room that we could find. We walked around searching for it. I would just remove it from your pictures since it is not there. If it is there - maybe offer some guidance on how to find it. Everything else was just what we needed. We utilized all the advice on the restaurants. Easy to get in and easy to leave and lock up.

Home away from home
This is our favorite home away from home in Park City so far, and we’ve been doing this for 2 decades. The ONLY PROBLEM was the mattress: it sloped very much into the middle making it bowl shaped and very uncomfortable for sleeping. And if you don’t get a good night’s sleep, your vacation suffers big time! You had to climb 3 flights of stairs but I preferred the top floor and wonderful view off the back patio. Very well stocked with everything you needed and so it would have been perfect had we been able to get a good night’s sleep…. Which we never got.. And we spent 9 nights.

Nice place but terrible management
Washer was broken and one of main reason i chose apartment was the washer and dryer . Management dod not care and just suggested to go to a laundromat . Would not recommend place . Also lots of hairs in drain n shower!!
