Perfect Ski in Ski out - Snowflower #112

2-bed, 2-bath condominium, in Snowflower complex at Park City Mountain Resort, located just steps away from the Eagle and First Time trails. Remodeled for 2023 and beautifully presented. Spacious master suite has king-size bed, large ceiling fan with shower and bath; second bedroom has a queen bed with twin XL over, ceiling fan and a separate bathroom with shower and deep hot tub! New queen-size sofabed in living room. Fully equipped, modern kitchen to cater for 8, with breakfast bar and separate dining table. Living room with cozy gas fireplace, internet enabled cable TV with sound system & free high-speed wi-fi internet. Assorted puzzles, games & cards complete a cozy night in after a long day on the mountain! Balcony with views through the trees of The Uinta mountains to East. (facing away from ski runs, ensures a quiet night without disturbance of snow-making equipment and groomers!)

Guests have full access to heated locker room with private lockable ski locker, and tuning bench for safe storage of skis & boards.
Fully equipped modern fitness room is in next building and there are two heated outdoor pools, one adjacent to the condo (can look down on it from just outside front door) and second a short walk away. Two tennis / pickle ball courts, several barbecue grills and picnic tables on shady lawn outside condo are perfect for summer use.

Happy to help with discounted rates for equipment hire and suggestions for what to do whilst in town - where to eat, airport transfers etc.

Snowflower is unique in Park City because it offers truly ski in ski out accommodations in a secluded private setting. There is no road or late night street noise in this development. In the summer, it has beautiful cool and shady areas to enjoy, and these transform into a safe winter wonderland for kids in the winter.

Condo is 200m to the local bus route, which takes you all over Park City, and to grocery stores, liquor store, cinemas etc.
There is a covered heated garage and each guest will have access to a parking permit for the duration of their stay.

Easy ski in/ski out, great location!
We had a great stay at the Snowflower condo. The location is great, a quick walk to the resort center, lifts right outside the door, and close to Main Street. The heated pool was perfect after a long day on the slopes and the gas fireplace kept us cozy.

Fabulous condo with a great location! Truly ski in/ski out and close to restaurants and shops as well. My family of 5 (including 3 teenage boys) was very comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. I would definitely stay here again!

This location was perfect for a few days of skiing. We had easy access to the mountain and we were close to town. The condo was clean and well maintained. Susie was very help with any questions we had.

Excellent location with true ski on/off opportunity. Ski locker is warm and clean, makes for easy storage of gear and just a few short steps to the slopes! You may hear ppl walking in unit above but other than that it’s great!

This unit was perfect for our family of 4. Location was fantastic, especially for ski school drop-off. Unit is well kept and nicely furnished. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub, ski locker, and parking were all convenient. Owner was extremely responsive to our needs as well.

Great mid-road trip break
Our family stayed here for a few nights to break up our road trip. Had a great time! Quiet location overlooking historical cemetery, condo had everything we needed, enjoyed pool and soaking tub in complex. Easy to take bus downtown. Walked to Park City Mountain for fun at the summer Adventure Park. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Location
We enjoyed our stay . The condo is close to everything and just within steps of the slopes. Susie was the best to work with and had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable.She let us know months prior to our stay about the Park City reservation policy and quickly responded to every question I had. Great condo close to Park City Mountain
Susie’s condo was perfect for our family of four. 2 bedroom/2 bath with comfortable living room and kitchen is situated right next to Park City Mountain. Walk out to 3 lifts and ski school for kids. Ski back at the end of the day. Great hot tub and underground parking. Perfect stay two years running.

Great condo with very convenient location (ski in/out, location to hottub, to elevator/parking, etc)
We stayed here with our kids (5 & 8) and the location is ideal. Steps to hill, steps to hot tub... so super convenient. Beautiful, clean accommodations and nicely stocked (just as previous reviews indicated)... so even if you need something, it's likely there for you (be it a can of soup, box of pasta, paper towels or shampoo/conditioner). Owner/Mgr was very easy to communicate with. If returning to Park City, we would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo, Great location, Great instruction
Super condo, spotlessly clean and everything in good order, right on the edge of the piste. A real extra for the holiday was Susie's expertise as a ski instructor. In a very short time she transformed my poor attempts to ski the trees and the bumps into an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
