Great location between Park City Base and Downtown
House with a great location 2 blocks from Park City Base and a short walk to downtown. Owner was great to work with and check-in was simple. Townhouse was as advertised in the listing with everything in good working condition. Would happily stay again.
The location to the slopes was important to us and it was so nice to walk around Park Ave as well. We enjoyed having a little family reunion here, skiing, playing games and reconnecting.
This is located within walking distance to downtown and a short, easy drive to Deer Valley slopes. The house is cozy, small and dated, but very functional.

The home was perfect and Sue, the owner, was organized, timely, and cooperative. Great vacation!
This was a great rental which made our vacation very easy. Thank you!
The Powderkeg condo was very comfortable and gave us easy access to restaurants and shopping in downtown Park City. The condo was clean and offered all we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Convenient location, comfortable condo, would stay here again
Enjoyed the condo. It had all the amenities we needed. Close to the slopes, the bus system was convenient for getting around and didn’t mind walking to the grocery store just a few blocks away. Had a great vacation!

Comfy spot in Park City
We stayed last week and enjoyed the condo. Nothing fancy, but close to the ski runs and plenty of room for our group of five adults. Quiet and very comfortable beds. We have stayed in nicer places, but this was quite reasonable and all agreed it was well worth the price.

Great location! Has everything you need for a great ski holiday!
My family and I enjoyed our stay on our annual family Christmas ski vacation. We were six adults and enjoyed the walk to town to shop and dine. We could have walked to the lift to ski, but found the free parking easy and convenient. The condo had all the basics to prepare a meal in and the in-unit laundry was great to have. We would definitely stay again!

Great Location & Great Price!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The bedrooms are all good size. Lots of closet space throughout whole condo. Walking distance to everything as described. The owner was very responsive to all questions leading up to and during our visit. We would definitely stay here again!
Clean, no frills townhouse, in an incredible location (5 min walk to main lift at Park City Mountain). 10 min walk to a grocery store. The listing description is accurate. The owners were very responsive. Would stay here again.
We stayed over the 4th of July. It’s a fabulous location on the holiday weekend- the parade goes right in front of the house. The parking is great. The listing is very accurate. We appreciated 3 large beds! It was perfect for our needs. Sue was very responsive and helpful.

Great location, responsive host
We stayed here with 4 adults and 2 teens. It is walkable to downtown (10-15 minutes) but definitely not to lifts. The condo was clean, had plenty of towels and all the appliances, including the handy washer/dryer, worked well. The living area was a little cramped with 6 large people and we couldn’t get the fireplace above a blue glow, but overall, a great place.

Location, location, location!
Our Park City vacation will go down as one of our favorite trips! We had a great time, and we're right in the heart of it all. It was so nice to be within walking distance of downtown and Park City Mountain Resort, and just a short drive away from Deer Valley, Kimball Junction and Olympic Village.
We discovered a chest full of board games half way through our stay which entertained our kids greatly! They also enjoyed playing in the snow at the park right down the street.
This house is an incredible value!
Although in a great location, walking distance to the slopes, I had a couple of issues with the house. There were no instructions on how to use the fireplace. By the looks of it there was a gas valve located on the floor between the fireplace and the couch and a candle lighter on top of the fireplace. I inferred that you would turn the valve and light the fireplace with the lighter. To turn OFF the fireplace you would shut the valve (hopefully) completely OFF. If this was the method of operation it sure didn't seem overly safe to me, so we never used it.
The upstairs front bedroom did not have a smoke detector. There was a CO2 detector upstairs but not one downstairs where the fireplace is located (is this OK with city code?). There seemed to be missing smoke detectors in central areas like hallways.
WE tried a number of the AC outlets in the living room and most needed to be replaced since they will no longer hold a plug. While the electrician is there they might as well check that all the AC outlets by the bathroom and kitchen sinks are connected to a GFI circuit. I did not test them, but I only saw one GFI RESET circuit in the house.
Now the backdoor which located off the back bedroom on the main floor. In this case the door was locked from the inside with a deadbolt key lock and no key was provided. Now I understand that the back stoop was covered in ice and has ice hanging over it from the roof (very dangerous) but somehow this locked backdoor again seems like some code violation. I would assume this door would be a possible exit in case of a fire.
Now I rated this property high because it supplied what it advertised, I just question is the property up to code?
We enjoyed our stay in Park City. The location is great within walking distance of main street and the ski resort. We were there during the heat wave and although there are ceiling fans the heat made it pretty uncomfortable but would be fine in cooler temperatures
Very cute close to the mountain, everything you need in the townhouse to make it a comfortable stay, and a the owner was responsive and very kind. 5 stars.
My wife and I had a great time staying at Sue's place. The location is perfect. We spend the month of July in Park City. The place was clean, convenient, and of great value. Best deal in Park City.
