When you step through the front door the first things you notice are the stunning views through the floor to ceiling windows and the gorgeous mountain contemporary design. Gather around the crackling fireplace in the great room with friends and swap stories from the day. Step out on the expansive terrace and watch the skiers and snowboarders glide down the mountain and enjoy a relaxing soak in your private hot tub. On the second level of the home you will find an inviting living area with another fireplace, dining for 8 at a beautiful wood slab table, and a center island with seating for four. Gorgeous mountain views all around, you will love entertaining guests and enjoy every sunrise and sunset view. The gourmet kitchen features top of line appliances (Wolf and Sub Zero) and plenty of countertop space to create your next decadent meal. Equipped with it's own ski prep room with ski and snowboard rack, boot and glove dryers, the main level of the residence opens up directly to a ski run located between the Red Pine Gondola and Sunrise lift. Guests can ski directly to the base of Canyons Village at Park City Mountain or the Orange Bubble. Once at the base of Canyons Village, guests can access the entire Park City Mountain Resort, including crossing the mountain via The Quick Silver Gondola. With this new exciting addition, for the first time guests can now get from the living room to Historic Main Street without taking off their skis!

As you continue through the home to the third floor you will find the master suite which features a California king bed, fireplace, private deck, Smart TV and an ensuite bath with dual vanities and a large soaking tub. The first guest suite features one full over full size bunkbed and a trundle bed with two twins, Smart TV and an ensuite bath. Last minute cancellation and found this place 3 days before we were suppose to leave! Turned out to be the best ski in ski out we’ve ever had! Beautiful modern property and gorgeous views and sunrise every morning!

not a true 5 bedroom
We paid a premium for a 5 bedroom unit, this is not, it is a 4 bedroom townhome. Upon further investigation of the listing, one of the pictures is used twice. This home has a lockout suite on the bottom floor. This suite has one bedroom, one bathroom and a living area with a pullout couch. You cannot access the bedroom without going through the living space and you must make and pull out the couch to sleep. There are 3 additional bedrooms upstairs. In addition the hot tub was dirty most of our stay. We were finally able to use it on the last night when the cleaning people finally showed up. The location is ok. You can ski in/out however you can only return to the townhome by going back up the lift and skiing down blue + runs. It doesn't make for easy access when picking up children from ski school. Otherwise you would need to drive a car to the base to pick up people who are not capable of skiing down blue runs. It's not possible to walk into the canyons during winter season, there is too much snow and it is a longer wall down/uphill. Overall we had a nice stay, however there is a big difference in price for a 4 versus 5 bedroom unit and this is definitely NOT a 5 bedroom unit. It's very disappointing the pictures were not accurate

Extended Family Vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 week stay at this listing. It was beautiful, clean, very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the views were gorgeous. Working with the property manager was very easy and she was timely in her responses and accommodating. It was close to the gondola, shops and restaurants. The clubhouse was very nice. Great gym and pool. It was an easy drive to Park City shopping and activities, the Olympic Village and Deer Valley. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Stunning property with amazing views and a great location.
Very rarely do you get to a property and find that it is actually better than the pictures. The condo is gorgeous and the location is perfect. Being a true ski in/ski off makes the experience that much better. I would recommend beginner skiers take the shuttle service rather than ski off. The host responded to our questions prior to arrival in a thorough and timely manner. If we ever get back to park city, we would definitely try and stay there again.

Nicest ski condo I have ever stayed in!
Perfect for our family! We stayed here for my husband's 50th birthday and could not have been happier!! You can literally ski out of the front door!! So easy!! Nicely decorated, very clean and great communication with the owner. We traveled with my in laws and they had their own private space downstairs with fireplace, sofa, mini fridge and TV. Kitchen was very well stocked and super organized.. Two washing machines was just an added bonus! Plenty to do for skiers and non skiers! We will be back!!

Nice clean modern spacious rental close to lift and on run. True ski in and out. Easy check in and out, great communication with manager. Hard to walk down hill to village, no sidewalk but short walk and free shuttle.

Ultra Luxury Accommodations
This property is the quintessential "ski-in-ski-out" experience. As guests, we literally put on boots and skis on the front porch, and skied down to the Canyon lifts from the front door. No dealing with carrying equipment or shuttle/bus travel to or from parking lots. The accommodations themselves are pristine, luxurious and inviting. Everything was as advertised and we found that there were even more fireplaces in the unit than we expected. It is worth noting that the on-site common amenities include a steam room and sauna which was lost on me when initially booking. After happening upon them toward the end of our trip, we wished we had known about them earlier as they significantly increased our enjoyment and relaxation.

Beautiful property, great views, ski in ski out ( not for beginners though ) , perfect for families with teens as they can have their own space downstairs , be sure to rent a car..we did not and it was difficult when we needed to get down to the base or back up to the house after hours.. Uber and lyft were great but you don't want to call them for a trip around the block ...

Everything about this property is perfect. This ski in/ski out home is a ski family's dream. You are literally able to click in and out of your skis (or boards) within 5 easy steps from the front door. The gondola and orange bubble lifts are no more than 20 turns from the front door. This home is so perfectly located, that you can see the lift lines forming while you are having your morning coffee and contemplating when to venture out for the day. Every space is new, modern, beautifully decorated, well appointed, gorgeous, high tech, and most important - comfortable. We have stayed at many places throughout the years. This place beats them all. In addition to the quality of the home and its stellar location, we can't say enough good things about the property manager Julienne. She exceeded our every expectation. She was kind, knowledgeable, and super attentive. We are already hoping to book again for next year. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

Winter holiday get away
We just completed an incredible two week stay at this property in the Canyons portion of Park City. Condominium was well appointed and well stocked with everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. Ski-in/Ski-out convenience and easy access to Orange Bubble lift made the morning routine of getting family of 6 on the slopes delightful. Property manager was very accessible and responsive. All-in-all a great location, great property, great unit and great choice. I would highly recommend.

The Perfect Christmas
This was one of my all time favorite vacations. Our Condo was off the charts Amazing! Perfect amount of space with every amenity you could think of. The views were breathtaking from everyone room.
