Great location, plenty of space, very clean
Very large and clean 3 bedroom condo with plenty of space. Do have to climb 3 flights of stairs and deal with a 10 digit code for the door but 2 spaces for cars and free parking. There is no gym as listed for us but manager was very responsive and offered compensation so I am very satisfied

NO CENTRAL AC - only one window unit in living room
It was almost 100 degrees in Park City and we only had one window unit in the front part of the apartment. It was so miserable sleeping. They provide fans, but there are no screens on the windows so you get lots of bugs. When I called to try to get some screens, I kept getting disconnected. One representative told me (when I asked) she was located in Brazil. This place is managed by a giant company so the service is not very good (Whatever happened to Vacation Rentals By OWNER?)

Mud Season
We stayed 2 nights in late April and weather was perfect, mid 60's and sunny. The location and parking is fantastic. The layout of the unit, 2nd floor walkup, is great. Overall the unit and the building is a bit dated but has good upgrades. The only real complaint is when are they going to update the pillows? Ive read this in a bunch of reviews. We would stay again.

Great location, nice place just like pictured. Only down side was they give you a starter supply of paper products. During our three night stay we almost ran out of TP. They warn you but seems a little cheapskate.

Great Location! Comfortable condo!
This condo is close to everything including the town lift! The unit was clean and updated and beds were comfortable. The kitchen could use more utensils, a decent set of knives and serving bowls. Would be nice to have some basic spices provided for guest use and dishwasher was difficult to operate without instructions. Was not impressed with the Wyndham management team. We had a great vacation.

Beautiful Mountain Home, Great Kitchen, Close to Main Street
Stayed in this home over Thanksgiving weekend-a beautiful, clean and incredibly comfortable, modern-styled property with a great kitchen-we cooked multiple meals including baking and crock pot cooking-all appliances available in the unit-service for about 12 and Viking appliances. The beds and couches were very comfortable. Fireplace does not put out much (if any heat)-check that vents are open (we learned the first night these were closed). Perfect location <10 min walk to Main street, nice views of Park street and surrounding mountains, privacy on patios. Underground heated parking a bonus for snow and cold. Only concern was this property is on the top floor (four short flights) and there is no elevator. This was a problem traveling with two older ladies with moderate back and knee problems, younger folks can handle stairs-well worth the work. Large entry and storage for ski/boards in unit and garage for adventurers.

Corporate Executives feeling right at home
We had a business meeting in Provo, UT and decided to stay in Park City because of the views, atmosphere, and restaurants and mountain biking (during downtime). This condo lived up to its expectations and was updated to a very modern style. The full high end Viking Appliances in the kitchen and modern living room with deep comfortable couches, leather chairs 65" TV and fireplace, fully redone master bedroom fireplace and new highend bath, made the condo a destination to relax in. I will be inquiring about this location again on my next travels to Park City. Side note: If you are an avid mountain biker and come up in the Late Spring, Summer or Fall. Check out Park City Bike Demos to pick up your ride to tear up the mountains. They have the highest end mountain bikes to demo in Park City, professional service and the bikes are brand new and set up specifically to your abilities. If you like them you can even purchase them on the spot.
