This stunning luxury ski retreat is newly built in 2020, making it one of the few new construction Old Town luxury home offerings, and is truly a unique vacation rental. With clean lines and the most fashionably appointed furnishings, the home offers modern technologies, Wolf and Subzero appliances, bright natural light beaming through the large picture windows, and amazing mountain and charming historic downtown views.

This home is situated on the 12th St block of Empire Avenue, offering ideal walking access just one block or so to Park City Mountain Resort's parking lot and entrance. There is also a set of “municipal stairs” nearby that guests can use to walk down to Park Avenue and Main Street for shopping, dining and nightlife.

The thoughtful home design offers living space on 4 levels and a variety of sleeping arrangements for your entire party. Upon entry, you will notice the white oak flooring, modern staircase and main level master with Queen bed and gorgeous retreat like ensuite bath and big windows.

The upstairs level offers vaulted ceilings, a King suite with ensuite bath and a private balcony to take in the quintessential snowy mountain scape.

As you head down a level, you will find the main living area with beautiful stone fireplace and relaxing ambiance. A writing desk facing the mountains is a great place to read a book by the fire or watch a movie with a glass of wine on the structured herringbone sofa. The kitchen offers a fashionable yet functional design with the latest technologies in Wolf and Subzero appliances, quartz countertops, and lots of room for cooking or entertaining alike.

The lowest level of the home is a walk out level, with a Twin over Queen bunk room suite and accompanying full bath, a lower level living room with TV area with Queen sleep sofa, and a door out to the hot tub on the patio.

There is also an additional powder room, laundry room and an outdoor grill for entertaining. Whether you are here for Sundance Film Festival, a family ski trip, or a singles retreat, this home is an incredible offering.

This home is walking distance to everything Park City has to offer in both winter and summer and is truly a taste of the finest in architecture, appointments and location in the historic downtown district.

Note: This property's garage is being used as a ski room and offers outside heated driveway parking for a mid sized SUV. No large SUVs please.

Outstanding modern ski chalet
The chalet was absolutely stunning and spotless upon arrival. There were three of us for a girls weekend and we all appreciated the space. The nights were spent in front of the fireplace after a long day of exploring PC for the first time! Very comfortable beds and overall, decorated beautifully. Check in and check out were seamless. We will definitely be back next year!!! Highly recommend.

Beautiful home in excellent location
House is beautiful with lots of space and modern touches. It is perfectly located for walking to slopes and Main Street. We loved it and would rent again.
