Construction Updates Landslide repair work will occur nearby from Mar. 1, 2024, through Jun. 30, 2024. Please anticipate construction noise from the backside of our property during this time. The MountainSide Pool will be closed from Sept. 15, 2024, through Nov. 6, 2024, for pool lining refurbishment. Please anticipate construction noise during this time.   Additionally, expect some minor construction noise may be heard between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m daily.
