The Space:
Welcome to our luxurious Canyons townhome, a perfect retreat for your next getaway. Located just a 2-minute walk (125 yards) from the Cabriolet ski lift, this property offers unparalleled convenience for avid skiers and snowboarders. Step outside and hit the slopes in no time, enjoying quick and easy access to world-class skiing and snowboarding at Park City, Canyons Resort.

Inside, you'll find three bedrooms upstairs, each thoughtfully designed for optimal relaxation. The master suite boasts a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower and double vanity sinks, providing convenience and luxury. The second bedroom features a cozy queen bed, while the third bedroom offers a twin over twin bunk bed and a twin over trundle bed, accommodating additional guests. Wall-mounted TVs in every bedroom allow you to unwind and enjoy your favorite shows or movies after a day on the slopes.

Upstairs, there is a second full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination, providing convenience and flexibility for guests.

Downstairs, indulge in ultimate comfort and entertainment. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a microwave, is a haven for culinary enthusiasts. Our townhome is nestled in the Hidden Creek neighborhood just off Canyons Resort Drive. Situated on a private small road, the townhome offers a tranquil and secluded setting, allowing you to unwind and enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

The location is truly unbeatable, as we are conveniently located across from the base of the Cabriolet Ski Lift. Within minutes, you can walk to the lift and embark on a thrilling adventure on the slopes.

Exciting news! CVMA now provides a free shuttle service via the Canyons Village Connect app, making Hidden Creek properties just steps away from the Park City Ski Resort lift. Enjoy ski-in, ski-out convenience without the expensive lodging costs.

There is the private driveway to park your vehicle. An additional vehicle can be parked close to the townhome using the parking placard provided.

The townhome is also within walking distance of the FREE City wide bus service that can take you to Park City Main Street and other destinations. For last minute needs, a 7-11 is a few minutes walk up the private street.

Great location; great location!

We have been to Park City for the last 15 years, and this is our first time in this wonderful place. We had a great time. The place is very clean, nicely stocked and very close to the cabriolet lift. Patty was very easy to work with, and we will definitely want to stay here when we return. Thank you!

Great family ski trip location

Our group of 8 really enjoyed our stay at this town home. Location is perfect for skiing- cabriolet is just at the end of the street. The home was clean, perfect for 2 families and communication with the owner and property manager was excellent. We will definitely be returning!

Fantastic condo and location!

Patty’s condo was perfect for our young family’s ski trip. The location is ideal, just steps from the cabriolet to Canyons (less than 5min to and from the base) and a quick trip to Main St. The space is just like the pictures, very clean, with lots of extras and everything you’d need for your stay. I’d highly recommend and look forward to our return!

Great Location and Amenities

We enjoyed a long weekend in Park City and will definitely be returning to this property. It had everything you could ever think you would need at a rental property. It was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was amazing when it got chilly in the evening. Looking forward to our next stay here in the future.

Lovely Park City Stay

Patty was a wonderful host, she was able to help suggest luggage storage options and was always so quick to respond. The home came equipped with tons of towels, soap and shampoo (good quality), and tons of kitchen supplies. The hot tub was a great place to relax after a day on the slopes. The location was also so convenient, very close to the 101 bus shuttle to take you to park city, or across the street from the cabriolet gondola that connects you to Canyons Village. Patty was so lovely and made us feel at home and like she was welcoming us into her own home. Would definitely stay again!

Our new favorite place to stay

We have stayed at a lot of VRBO’s in Park City and this by far was our favorite. From the boot dryers to the cooking spices in the kitchen , nothing has been overlooked by this owner . Everything we needed to feel at home was provided . And very clean too . Was also impressed that our walkway was even shoveled before we left at 8am . We will be back soon . Thanks again Patty!

Spring Skiing

Patty was a fantastic host and her place was perfect for our spring skiing adventure! Ideal location <100 yds from Cabriolet lift to village base. We stayed on the Park City side last year, and for a family with younger children, I think the Canyons location is way better if you are going to have a car. You are ~7 minutes from Kimball Junction and commercial area of Park City, and ~12 minutes from downtown. Patty was super responsive (including troubleshooting the hot tub when my kids managed to change the display language to Dutch!) and her place had all the little things to make our stay fantastic (lots of hot tub towels, fully stocked kitchen supplies, lotion in bathrooms, dehumidifier, etc.). Highly recommend!

The location was hard to beat for our week long stay at Canyons/Park City. Walk to the Cabriolet and a quick drive to downtown/restaurants/stores was perfect. Host was extremely friendly and responsive and even went out of her way to solve a cleaning issue we had at check in. However, I cannot agree with the listing description of "luxurious" and "cozy". All 4 guests thought the beds were pretty uncomfortable and sheets need to be upgraded. The upstairs heat made the master super hot but left the guest room freezing cold all night long. We never figured out how to work the downstairs heat and the heated floors were blocked off completely. The kitchen was decent but was lacking some basics (salt/pepper, coffee filters, ice maker had to be reset a couple times). For the price we were hoping for something a little nicer/better value. Leaving a 4 because of the location and helpful host

Park City Condo at 33B Hidden Creek was Awesome!

Wow. There are many advantages to staying in Park City, specifically at this Hidden Creek Condo which is centrally located by a free tram to the mountain top village where there are shops, restaurants and lifts to the various ski runs. Four girl friends rented this lovely condo as it had 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and recently renovated with a modern/contemporary decor that includes a huge patio and a brand new hot tub. The condo also has tennis courts and a community pool available, not to mention a short walk to the Waldorf Astoria Resort for fine dining and shopping. We played two golf courses and found the Canyons behind the condo the most gorgeous course I've ever seen. Can't say enough good things about the location and condition of this lovely condo. I'll definitely return soon!

Started out poorly improved from there

Upon arrival, the condo unit was 48 degrees. Property managers were responsive but questioned the validity of our problem because "units are checked before renters arrive". Long story short is that the furnace gas valve needed to be replaced. We had traveled for a very long time from a different time zone and were exhausted. Maintenance brought us space heaters to try and warm the unit but they blew the circuits, which in turn also meant wifi had to be reset, all of which was inconvenient but the property managers were very responsive and helpful. They had to call in a HVAC technician from SLC who diagnosed the problem but had to drive back to SLC for the part. This was at 9pm which was midnight our time. Needless to say, we had to wait up for the part to be replaced since it was still freezing in the unit when all we wanted to do was sleep before hitting the slopes the next day. The unit is very uneven in heating even when the furnace is fully working. The welcome basket was a nice touch and the fully stocked kitchen allowed us to eat dinner in. When it came time to check out I asked for a credit for the inconvenience and cold welcome experienced upon our arrival and was told they would speak to the owner but I never heard from anyone again. Very disappointing considering how responsive they had been while on site. I gave them 60 days to respond (or not).

The condo is very close to the lift to get you to the canyons as well as a bus stop to go anywhere else you want. It made it very easy. The hot tub was great too. Highly recommended this condo.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay over Christmas in this condo right near the bottom of the Canyons Cabriolet lift at Park City. Condo looked very newly renovated, much nicer inside than you would guess from the external appearance, and was a good if cozy space for our two families-4 kids shared bunks in one room and there were two very comfortable doubles for the adults. Lovely gas fire, private hot tub and grill, storage for skis. Amazingly well-equipped kitchen and a dining table that was actually big enough for 8. Super convenient location if you want to get to the mountain without having to drive or lug skis a long way, and close enough that people in our group could do their own thing, come back early or leave late if they wanted, or pop up to Canyons Village for a quick errand or to cruise the ski shops. They were very flexible on check-in and check-out times, allowing us to check in early (though they couldn't confirm this till the day we checked in) and check out a bit late, handy as there was a storm. Also, the place was cold-ish when we arrived, and we called SkyRun who came over within 30 minutes to adjust the heat for us (was in a locked box) which was great service. Left us a very nice welcome basket. Price was high due to Christmas week, but decent value compared to alternatives we looked at. Only thing that could be improved would be to have a bath/shower for the kids bedroom, but this is a minor quibble - overall it was great and we'd happily stay again if we get the chance.

Close to Canyons

Great condo near the Cabriolet Lift. Very cozy unit that we enjoyed with 7 guys on our annual ski trip. SkyRun was very responsive to any questions we had. Thanks for a great stay, next time could you get it to snow!

The location is awesome, the kitchen is well stocked, the hot tub is lovely, the beds are comfortable, all amenities were great!! We would absolutely book 33B Hidden Creek again!
