Welcome to Greyhawk, a luxury 2 bedroom, 2½ bath beautifully furnished town home just minutes from Deer Valley and Park City’s famous main street, and steps away from the free bus that will take you virtually anywhere you’d like to go.

This gracious condo features a fabulous gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Everything you need to prepare breakfast, casual lunch or a gourmet dinner is at your fingertips.

The open concept main level is the perfect place for your family and/or friends to relax and enjoy each other’s company while sharing stories of the day’s adventures on the mountain. The 42” flat screen HDTV in the living room is great for a movie on the or just relax on the comfortable furniture while the fire warms you before you head off to bed.

When you’re ready to turn in for the night, you can retreat upstairs or downstairs to your own private master suite. Sleep soundly in quiet tranquility in comfortable beds (1 queen & 1 king) with warm and inviting bedding and flat screen TV’s. Luxuriate in the suites’ whirlpool spa tubs or soak in the Jacuzzi on the lower deck. For those extra guests, the queen-size pull out sofa bed on the main level allows your condo to accommodate a total of six people very comfortably.

Greyhawk is nestled in the mountain just before the entrance to Deer Valley. Snow Park Lodge is three-quarters of a mile from your front door and Park City’s main street is less than a half-mile away. Greyhawk features a heated underground garage with 2 parking spots and private locked ski storage closet in the garage for security. For your comfort and safety, an elevator whisks you up to radiant- heated walkways that lead to your front door.

Enjoy tranquil mountain views and aspen trees as you sip your morning coffee on the balcony before hopping on the free bus that takes you to the lifts. The free bus stops right out front so you can see the bus coming from your window. You’re just moments away from world class skiing at Deer Valley or historic Main Street and the town lift to Park City Mountain Resort. The free bus will also take you to the Canyons for even more skiing, or to a myriad of shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities.

Great location for Deer Valley
Our family of four (2 kids, ages 6 and 9) stayed for five nights and had a great experience. The kitchen was well equiped for us to make breakfast and multiple dinners at home, the hot tub is great after a day of skiing, the location puts you right on the bus line into Deer Valley or downtown Park City, and the house had just the right amount of space. We'll be back again!

Another amazing week

Apartment is just like pictures Plenty of space for 4 adults. Location in super. On the bus system to both Deer Valley or PC mountain and Canyon to ski Underground parking for 2 cars and elevator to unit is very convenient. Fully equipped kitchen will bring out the chef in you. We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was the perfect place for a ski trip. Close enough to town to walk, and the bus routes to and from town were so easy. Hot tub was great. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Great extended stay
My wife and I loved this unit for our month long stay in park city this summer. The location is great, 10 min walk or 5 min bus into PC. The unit was well stocked and Dee was readily available if there was ever anything we needed. Thanks again dee!

Great location with a wonderful host
The communication from the host was wonderful and made the trip very easy. The property was very well maintained. We loved the hot tub and enjoyed it every night. It was the perfect place to relax with a view of Deer Valley after a long day of skiing. The location is perfect. Bus stop right outside for Park City and across the street for Deer Valley. We rode the bus every day and it was only 3 minutes to Snow Park lodge. Covered garage under the property was also a plus for loading and unloading. We’ve stayed at several places near Deer Valley and this was our favorite. We actually booked for next year while still there.

Temperature!
We rented the unit for 5 days. The check in process was effortless. The location was excellent, and the owner was very easily accessible. We had an issue with the heater not working in the downstairs bedroom. The outside weather was sub zero and the heater was not working. I informed the owner and she promptly had the property manager to check it out. He stated that the heating unit was working properly, but the temperature reading would not go above 62 degrees. Thanks God for extra blankets. I again informed the owner, and she asked the subcontractor to check it out. He did fix the downstairs heater but now we could not turn the heater off, in the upstairs bedroom and the temperature in the upstairs bedroom was at 83-84 degrees. Even switching the unit to cooler, would not work! We had to turn on the ceiling fan, and open a window in order to be able to sleep! Other issues were with the hot tub jets not working, that the property manager fixed. The BBQ was filthy and it seamed like it was not cleaned in months. Additionally, make sure you take a soap bar and extra shampoo and conditioner with you.

Nice condo, great location, could have been cleaner
Overall, the condo was nice and we enjoyed our stay. I do have a couple of issues. The ceiling fan in the lower bedroom had so much dust caked on it that when you turned it on, SOME of the dust fell on the bed. I have allergies so this did not make for a restful sleep. There was used Q-tips and other garbage in the upstairs bathroom. The upstairs bathroom had the attic access exposed. This left a kind of creepy feeling. The TV in the downstairs bedroom didn't work. I texted the property manager about it and they never responded.

Great condo, location and owner
The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The bedrooms being 2 floors apart, having a full kitchen and hot tub, right on a bus stop make this property a must-book. Our only possible negative is the floors weren’t very clean, but that was easily forgotten given the total experience. We would book again in a heartbeat. Thanks to Dee for the excellent communication and recommendations! We loved our stay!

Great Trip
The location was great (less than 2 miles from deer Valley resort) and the Park city tram stopped literally right in front of the condo. D, the property owner, was really easy to work with and I would absolutely recommend this location again.
