After a day exploring the mountains, come back and relax in the common hot tub during the winter or enjoy the private community pool and tennis court area during summer months.

Within this 1576 square-foot residence your family will have all the comforts of a perfect vacation home. The town house sleeps 6 in beds.

The fully equipped kitchen provides you with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware necessary for meals. The dining table seats 6 with an additional 5 kitchen bar stools.

Living Area:
Continue into the great room to unwind into vacation mode and gather around for a relaxing evening in front of the gas fireplace and watch your favorite past time movie. Venture outside to the front deck with table seating for 2 and BBQ, boasting mountain views. An additional loft is provided for those quiet moments to read a book.

The residence does not have A/C but fans have been provided.

This property features a full-size washer and dryer which comes with a complimentary start-up supply of laundry detergent for your convenience.

Ski Access:
Ridgepoint has direct ski-out access called "Silver Lake Access Trail" that leads directly to Success ski trail taking you down to Snow Park Lodge area of Deer Valley. Ski back using the 'Double Eagle Ski Access Trail' then walk about 300 yards on Royal Street back to the Ridgepoint complex (all ski-in/ski-out access trails are conditions permitting).

Ridgepoint has direct ski-out access on a ski trail to get down to Snow Park Lodge area of Deer Valley. To come back to Ridgepoint you ski down to Double Eagle condos and it is a short walk to the ski trail that leads to Ridgepoint. Even though it isn?t a true ski-in/out property, it is very convenient and easy to navigate, you don?t have to get on a bus or get in a car.
