The living Room has all the comforts for seating your entire group while you snuggle up to the crackling Wood Fireplace & watch your favorite shows on the big screen television. In the warmer months, sit on the deck & soak up spectacular mountain views, Old Town & The Aerie. After an active day, soothe your weary muscles in the Private hot tub, gazing out at views of the mountain slope.

Within this 2,580-square-foot residence, your Family will have all the comforts of a perfect vacation Home. The town house sleeps 12 in beds, 13 with a sofa sleeper. (Sofa Sleeper not to exceed 70lbs)

You will enjoy all the appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware & cookware you expect from a Luxury residence. If you enjoy outdoor cooking, a gas BBQ is located right outside the kitchen. There is a large wood dining table set for six & bar seating at the kitchen island.

Loft: The loft provides additional sleep space with a bunk bed (twin-size over double-size bed, with a twin-size trundle pull-out) & a twin bed. There is another bathRoom with a Walk-in shower on the main level by the kitchen for the bunk Room guests to use.

Bedrooms all feature warm duvets & Luxury 400-thread-count linens. BathRooms are stocked with LOccitane shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cleansing bars, & a hairdryer.

The residence features a one-car garage for guest use. Additional parking is possible, if available, on the Private entrance road.
