Great location and very comfortable unit. The trade-off for the location is that it can be a little loud on Main Street, but it was worth it for us. Owner was super easy to work with and had great recommendations for local services.

Loved the condo and the convenience of shops and the Town lift, all in walking distance. Being on Main Street is great the noise is more than we expected. If the windows closed fully the noise would not have been noticeable.

The condo is in a great location but it is tired. Needs a paint job, new carpet, decent pillows and the couch is 100 percent not sleepable. It is hard as plywood. But if you are college age the place is great.

Can’t be the location if you want to be on the center of Main Street. Easy walk to all downtown PC has to offer and an easy walk to Town Lift.

Perfect Location
The location of the apartment could not be more perfect. The only negative thing I have to say is that the Wifi is super spotty and the heat is controlled by the building and thus the place can get uncomfortably warm even with the windows open. Aside from those two things our stay was wonderful! Holly was very responsive and accommodating to a late check out. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

Perfect location and terrific hostess!
Perfect location in the middle of bustling Main Street! We loved the big, gorgeous windows that allowed us to look down on all the activity below. If you are sensitive to noise, the activity on the street might be bothersome, but we were so exhausted after skiing all day long, it didn’t bother us. The mattress in the master is a little dated, but again we were so exhausted, we slept well. Holly was terrific. Very communicative, prompt, and helpful!

Great trip
Long ski weekend with the wife, and we really enjoyed the condo. As others have said, it's hard to beat the location. Main st on one side, transit center with free busses across the street on the other. ~.25 mi. walk to Town Lift or short bus ride to Park City base. Living room and bedroom in the unit are good sized. Can open windows to cool unit down as needed. Communication with owner and check in/out were easy. We'd stay here again.

Melella on Main Street
This is our third time snowboarding at Park City and we have stayed on other properties before. This has been an absolute blast. We loved being on Main Street and next to all the vibrancy of shopping and restaurants. Our lift was walking distance and the bus stop was behind the condos. At night it was a little challenging to get an early night sleep with all the party people walking up and down Main Street but we enjoyed the energy and convenience of this location. Our family loved it !

Bathroom: Toilet seat is not correctly installed. When you sit on it, you’re angled towards the right and you cannot adjust it. Also You have to hold the lever down for several seconds to have it flush correctly. AND when taking a shower, water gets all over the floor - very annoying! We put a towel on the floor; however, it kept the door from closing. Very frustrating. Windows: windows were opened when we arrived and furniture was very dusty! Especially the vinyl couch which I had to clean in order to feel comfortable to sit on. Also the bedroom windows do not shut all the way which means you can hear everything going on outside during the night making it hard to sleep. The weekend was especially loud!!

Beautiful Condo, Wonderful Location, Super Nice Host!!
Traveled to the area for a several day long event in SLC with my daughter and we decided to check out Park City in the summer. We had a wonderful time! The condo is clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything you’ll need, particularly in the kitchen. The property is clean, well-maintained, and located in the heart of Park City right in the middle of everything. We had a great time shopping, checking out the many shops and art galleries, and checking out the area. The drive into the valley is max 40 minutes. If you rent a car, parking is a bit challenging but the government of Park City has a great website and overnight parking is less than 2 blocks from the condo. We parked in the China Bridge ramp. Pro tip: if you have a handicap permit parking is free anywhere. The building itself is quiet, and the neighbors we met very friendly. Being on Main Street, there can be a bit of noise, but this was not an issue. It was so awesome being right on Main! There is a very nice seating area on the roof of the building with hummingbirds feeding on the many flowers in pots. We’ll definitely be back if this condo is available for our upcoming dates. We really appreciate Holly’s communication. Thanks so much!

Skiing without hot tub but plenty of heat
Hot tub was hot available (inoperable due to some sort of ceiling collapse/insulation). That is a big part of why we rented this property as post skiing hot tub is normal activity. That stunk. Also. The building heat made the room way hot (no way to regulate in the unit except opening wi does)- the owners know this because in their welcome book they say no problem to leave windows open, in the winter when it’s snowing outside. That seems a little bait and switch to me. If this was an inexpensive place I’d overlook but paying too dollar and getting those inconveniences is frustrating. The property manager seemed fine so no reflection on them.
