Spend your vacation on the slopes of Park City Mountain, hiking the Silver Spur trail, or golfing at the Park City Golf Course. After a day on the slopes, stroll to numerous après-ski options, unwind in the on-site indoor hot tub, or curl up by the fireplace in your cozy living room.

The living room offers a comfy sleeper sofa and large windows that flood the space with natural light. Watch movies on the 42” flat-screen TV and enjoy the warm ambience of the gas fireplace.

KITCHEN & DINING

Channel your inner chef in the updated kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances.

Savor home-cooked meals at the dining table with seating for four. Find four additional seats at the breakfast bar.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This ground-level condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Comfort awaits in the master suite, furnished with a queen-size bed and wall-mounted TV. The en-suite bathroom holds a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is also configured with a queen-size bed and wall-mounted TV. The second bathroom is equipped with a jetted tub/shower combination.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer. Parking is available for two vehicles in either the on-site parking lot or nearby underground parking garage. Daytime street parking may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Extra perks include access to a ski locker where guests can conveniently store their boots and poles.

This welcoming retreat is a 5-minute drive from all of Park City’s major outdoor attractions, including hiking at Silver Spur, skiing at Park City Mountain, and golfing at the Park City Golf Course.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Location to Skiing
We enjoyed our time at Deer Valley. The rental was a quick walk across the street to the local bus to ski resorts. The owner is definitely in the process of renovating the condo. The master bedroom and main bathroom were nicely done. The kitchen was adequate for simple meals. The condo complex was full but very quiet. On site parking was grea. The driveway kept plowed.

Parking is a huge hassle
There aren’t dedicated parking spots and the lot is always full to capacity. Rent knowing you will likely not have parking on site. Customer service didn’t help. They recommended I check out parking.com. Or street park where it’s prohibited. Not a good experience for the cost.
