You will say 'WOW' when you first step into the 30 ft high entry of this grand mountain contemporary townhome. Its 3100 sq ft of luxurious space has large wood beams and high vaulted ceilings throughout, including the bedrooms. After a fun day of skiing, park in the garage and walk onto the first floor which has the following: large fully equipped kitchen with bar area, beautiful dining area that seats 12, family room with 46 inch flat screen TV, large kids bedroom with 2 full/twin bunk beds, and 3/4 bath with shower. Grill some steaks on the covered patio while the kids play in the spacious backyard or play in the private hot tub. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a laundry room. Each bedroom has its own walk-in closet and en suite bathroom, finished in stone tile. The master bedroom has king bed, balcony, bath with Jacuzzi tub, large shower, and double sinks. The master bedroom has good privacy from the other bedrooms. 2nd bedroom has king bed and full bath. 3rd bedroom has twin beds and full bath. The family room has a very comfortable state of the art queen sofa sleeper. The home has a backyard that provides a safe and fun place for kids to play and swim. There is a Pack and Play on site. There is also an inflatable queen mattress on site. The property is located in the Cove in Park Meadows. I hope you will love our home as much as we do. Drive times to ski resorts are:

Deer Valley Ski Resort - 4.5 miles (13 minutes)
Park City Ski Resort - 3.8 miles (9 minutes)
Canyons base of Park City Ski Resort - 3.7 miles (8 minutes)

The property is 0.2 miles (4 minute walk) from the closest shuttle stop. It is best to rent a car. Almost all cars at Salt Lake City Airport have ski pass throughs. You can get a good price for a full size car on kayak.com. All the ski resorts have large parking lots. It’s easy to drive to your desired ski resort, put on your skis, and hit the slopes. The shuttle can be a pain when you are buying groceries. Sometimes a car rental is cheaper than the "mountain transportation" you would use to get from the airport to Park City.

The posted rates are at a discount, and this property is a great value - one of the best deals in Park City.

Family Retreat
This was a great place for a small family get together. There is plenty of room for the whole family. Each couple got their own room. Hot tub was great. They have everything there you will need to have a great home cooked meal with the family as well.

Picture perfect winter vacation!
The home was exactly as stated, with plenty of room, a fully loaded kitchen, comfortable beds and the view entering the the neighborhood was stunning! The homeowner, Frank, was very responsive, friendly and left detailed notes to make our stay the best possible.

We had 2 groups for the week- one staying here and one at a home nearby. We really enjoyed the location, pool, tennis and basketball courts at this home a very short walk from backyard. Good sized eating and sleeping spaces as well. We will definitely return!

We had a wonderful time in Park City. The location was perfect. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The home was comfortable, and provided everything we were looking for. From reservation to check out our stay and communication with our host was excellent. We appreciated the option of 8-10 minute drives to parking at either Park City Mountain Resort or the Canyons. Our party of 8 adults were very comfortable, additional can be accommodated by making full use of the bunk room. Should we revisit Park City we would look to stay again.

Ski Trip
It was a great location to enjoy the ski resorts of Park City. The condo is open and spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. If you have more than one car, parking is a little challenging. Great trip!

Situated less then 10 minutes from both Park City and Canyons, the house was perfect for our family. We had another part of the family stay 3 houses away and they came to ours for get together a because it was so much nicer. Frank made sure everything was ready for us and we knew exactly what to expect. Next time I’m back in Park City, I know where I am staying.

Excellent Family Home in Park City!
We had a wonderful stay at Frank's property, centrally located in the park city area. The house was extremely well appointed, with everything needed to cook meals and for our for our family (of varying ages) to be comfortable. All 4 bedrooms had their own ensuite bathroom, and it even had a Pack & Play crib for our 1.5 year old. Frank was a great host, who checked in to ensure we got in to the house ok. All in all, extremely comfortable for a group, and in a perfect location to enjoy all of the park city ski resorts and downtown park city. We look forward to coming back!

Great house, lots of space!
We stayed at the house for our annual golf trip with 8 guys. It's tough to find lodging that can accommodate our crew, but Frank's place had more than enough space in the common areas to allow everyone to have privacy, be able to stretch out and relax. We were OK with using the bunk beds for some of the guys, but if you had couples and kids, it would be even more comfortable. The house is a 15 minute drive from pretty much everything in Park City. Would stay again!

We had a great time staying at this condo. It was exactly as described. Plenty of room, well equipped and stocked, great hot tub, easy convenient location, and helpful guide and instructions provided by owner. Owner was easily reachable for any questions. We skied Deer Valley and frequented Main Street in Park City, but also skied at the mountains further away. Using the hot tub and relaxing in front of the fire place after a long day of skiing was perfect. Beds were comfortable and there was a spacious entry area for all of our ski apparel. We have already looked at booking another stay!

Spring break
We had a great stay at the property it was 10 min from skiing and everything else. It was a great size for the 6 of us. It easily could of fit a few more kids. I contacted the owner 1 time, and he was very responsive. If I had one complaint it was the rules of the HOA. We couldn't park in the driveway more than 2 hrs, had to park expedition in garage, and absolutely no noise outside after 10pm. Overall great time though and nice place to stay.
