"The villa we stayed in was the perfect size. The kitchen had plenty of room to cook, and almost everything we needed. There wasn't any pot holders or sponges to clean up with, but other than that, it was fine. Both the couch and bed were really uncomfortable. My tailbone hurt from watching a movie on the couch, and the bed was a bit too stiff. The jetted tub worked great, but I didn't notice until I was already filling it with water that there was a residue line all around the tub. It...

"Our family of 4 adults and 2 kids really enjoyed this property location, on mountain. There were some good dining options for families. The hotel offered an outdoor pool and hot tub (2) which were always full but we still were able to enjoy. Towels were nice quality as was bed linens. The issues were some of the staff -English was not their first language so if you asked for towels or replacement of coffee, soaps, etc. it was a challenge. Sometimes just giving up. "Ben at the front desk was fantastic and got me into a great room early. The hotel is a bit shabby in places but is clean overall and definitely ideally located. The free parking underneath the building is a treat. There is no hot tub, simply a lukewarm wading pool. Utah Ski & Golf is a terrific family-owned ski equipment rental and retail shop, conveniently located in the lobby. "
