Tucked into the popular Bear Hollow community that includes such extra amenities as a community swimming pool, a hot tub, fire pits, and a fitness center, Bear Hollow Lodges 1313 is a three-bedroom condo that places you and your group in the ideal spot to enjoy everything that Park City has to offer.

The bright, inviting great room is wide open, with vaulted ceilings, cozy carpeting, and a sliding glass door that frames the mountain views and allows access to the private patio area. This patio area includes a quaint cafe table and a Weber gas grill. Back inside, a tiled gas fireplace warms the room and provides plenty of mountain cabin ambiance. Take a seat on the plush leather sofa or loveseat, and enjoy a movie or your favorite TV show on the large HDTV.

Next to the living area, a farmhouse-style dining table with bench seating leads into the open kitchen. Here, the full suite of gleaming stainless steel appliances— including a spacious refrigerator, gas range, microwave, and dishwasher— are beautifully surrounded by knotty natural wood cabinetry and granite countertops. There’s also a tiered bar with stool seating for three people.

Just off the kitchen lies the private primary bedroom suite, which features a luxe king-size bed, HDTV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, step-in shower, and soaking tub. The second guest bedroom also has a king-size bed and an HDTV, while the third guest bedroom is a flexible bunk room, with a queen-over-queen-size bunk bed with a twin XL trundle bed, and ultimately can sleep five people.

Bear Hollow Lodges 1313 also includes a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer and a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply. Pet Fees Nightly: $25 per night, per pet (min: $100 / max: $250 per pet) | Pet Fees Monthly: $500 for the first month, $250 for additional months. Pet Cleaning Fee: One-time $100. Great Condo
This property was perfect for our group. It accommodated 6 adults perfectly with the bedroom configurations, living room and dining room. The kitchen was well stocked. Moose Management makes check in and check out very easy and are available if anything comes up.

Park City Ski Trip
The Bear Hollow property fit our group of 5 adults and 1 dog perfectly for a week long ski trip in Park City. Bus access was convenient and the community amenities were a plus. I would recommend this place for any group who doesn't mind a ~5 minute bus ride into Canyons Village.
