Summary:
You will fall in love with this 3BR/2BA condo at Motherlode. In 2016, it was gut renovated and remodeled. Afterwards, a professional designer come in and turned it into a luxurious yet comfortable/relaxing condo.

Added bonus: the Motherlode is in one of the best locations in Park City - you're a 30 second walk to both Main Street and Town Lift, for easy access to Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR). Leave the car at home - you're practically Ski In/Out, in the heart of Old Town Park City!

The Space:
This 3BR/2BA Motherlode condo is the ideal spot for your vacation with family or friends, a Sundance visit, or a weekend getaway. Whip up a meal for the group in the fully-equipped kitchen and then sit down at the 8-person dining room table and spend quality time together.

Afterwards, head for a 30 second walk to Main Street to take in a show or grab a drink. On the next day, wake up to plenty of natural life and head out to hit the slopes or trails!

The Neighborhood:
One of the best locations in Park City, you’re just steps from Main Street with a great range of restaurants, nightlife, and coffee shops. Shop-til-you drop at the cool boutique stores, ski and snowboard retailers, and local artisan shops.

Every year in January, movie fans descend on Park City for the Sundance Festival that highlights up-and-coming filmmakers.

The condo is just a short walk to the Town Lift, which offers a 12 minute scenic ride onto Park City Mountain. Top-rated skiing awaits you at the Park City Mountain Resort, where you can try your hand at a variety of different runs suited for all ages and skill levels.

In summer, once you get to the top, hike your way down or get back on for a picturesque ride back down.

Getting Around:
Park City and Summit County offer a free bus transit service to easily get you to all the major resorts and around downtown. The Main Street and Old Town areas are very walkable, so you can park your car in the garage and leave it.

Other Things to Note:
Covid Cancellation - In addition to the cancellation policy listed on the site you booked on, we’ve added the following to help give you options in the case of any closures.

1) If the ski resorts close due to Covid related issues, we will offer your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future stay. This will be pro-rated in the event that a closure happens during your stay.

2) If the resort you are mainly skiing at (Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley) is operating, it will be the normal cancellation policy (see your itinerary at the site you booked at for details).

If you need to cancel for any other reason prior to your stay, we can't guarantee any refund, but we will try to re-rent the property and will refund anything we are able to recover by re-renting.

It may make sense to purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance, let us know if you’d like any recommendations on that after booking.

Location is phenomenal!
We stayed 7 days and there was plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 teens. The location can’t be beat. Steps away from stores, bars, restaurants and most importantly, the Town Lift. Clean, roomy, warm, and all kitchen amenities you need. Immediate response from management when we had questions. Everyone was so friendly.. can’t wait to return!

We loved this house and the location. Management was very helpful and communicated back very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was one bed was literally like you’re laying on the cement so we had to move one person to the couch.

All Around Great Place!
Great place for our family of 5. (3 young adult kids and dog Max) Can't beat the location! Enjoyed the Kimball Arts Festival with live music right outside our window! Walking distance to everything including trails! Place was beautiful, clean and spacious! Only thing we would change is the Barn doors inside the unit. They are super cool looking but not practical and bathrooms lack privacy due to the barn doors. Other than that, great place with 2 parking spots. We would stay here again!

Amazing location
We had a couple of issues during our 30 day stay - the management was very responsive to the roof leak. Also we sincerely appreciated the delivery of packages as they arrived. The only thing I was not happy with and would keep me from renting this house again was the cleanliness and odor of the unit. Multiple stains in the carpet and a fowl odor that persisted even in our belongings after we returned home. I used 4 cans of lysol room deodorizer and burned scented candles while we were there but the odor must have been in the carpet.

Excellent stay, everything was as indicated and communication with the property manager was spot on and very prompt. If I could give 6 stars for location I would, its the ideal spot in old town. The convenience of the parking space is clutch for a family with young kids. All around wonderful place--

The property is in the best location! It has been updated and is as appears in the pictures. Everything is is good working order. Only suggestion would be to add blinds over the main room windows due to the direct sun coming in so directly in the mornings.

We loved staying here, it had plenty of room for our group of six, and was in the best location! A block from main street, easy access to restaurants and shops. The space is updated, cozy and was great for our large group and nights in. We will definitely be back!

Great place, great location!
My family of 6 stayed here and we all loved the property and the convenient location! It was very clean, comfortable and convenient to town. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels in the bathrooms. They even provided laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, coffee and other kitchen staples. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location, LOVED this condo!
The listing was impeccable. The location was fantastic. Could not have asked for better!! Less than 1 min walk to Town Lift, one block away from all that Main Street has to offer with food and shops etc. We had a really enjoyable stay and will return again. The host was super helpful and replied promptly to all requests we had. A pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend.

Great location, super modern and cozy
This place was amazing--LOVED the location. We were able to walk 1 block to the ski lift and were able to ski all the way back to the place. We were so comfortable with the fireplace, heater, and added heater in the entryway. The furniture is brand new, clean, and very cozy. We were also very close to all of the restaurants and nightlife which made apres ski very easy.
