"My family came there from MD for our father’s funeral and the location was perfect. The house was just perfect. Loved that we all had our room with tv and full kitchen and comfortable living room for hanging out. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in town."

"The house and location was great. Kitchen is awesome, living room really comfortable and cozy. Bedrooms nice, comfortable, do the job. Bathroom more than adequate. Heat in house easy to control and very effective. Location between Utica/New Hartford and Cooperstown is perfect. Smart TV with apps and access to streaming services is very much appreciated. Found the Wi-Fi to be very reliable, even when streaming live TV. Will definitely stay again, looking forward to returning next year!!"

"We spent two nights with our dogs. It was a beautiful property very picturesque. Our dogs loved the yard and kennel. After a couple days of hiking and a lot of leash walking they enjoyed being able to run free in the fenced yard. The house had a great layout with lots of space. "

"We were a family of 7 traveling with a baby. Maureen and Jim provided us with great accommodations!Their place had everything we needed to relax with family. The kitchen is well equipped to make meals and there is also an extensive binder with great information about restaurants and attractions nearby. The house was immaculate, cozy and comfortable. "We really enjoyed staying at the apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. Coffee, creamer, sugar, and bottled water were a nice surprise. The apartment was walking distance to family, making it the perfect location for our long holiday weekend. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment.
