"From the time we arrived to the front door the high level of service was noticeable. Checking was extremely easy, Chae was very helpful in explaining the hotel and more importantly the area and how it would be beneficial to what you wanted to do. She asked what we would like to do or see and made some excellent suggestions. Our room had a patio with Eiffel Tower view, that’s says it all there. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Lots of great dining options close to the hotel. Would stay again "

"This hotel is so detailed oriented. Gives very cool vibes. I will stay here again. Best hotel I’ve been in a long time . Location to train station is ideal "

"The property is in a great location! Convenient to lots of dining and shopping options, major sites to see, and transportation. The exterior could use some upgrading, including a more visible entrance. Interior is beautiful and well kept. My family enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the complimentary ice cream in the afternoon."

"All staff were friendly and very helpful! They spoke English as well which was really good as I don’t know how to speak French but they didn’t have luggage storage available so I had to wait with my bags until heading off to the airport but they did have a place to store luggage nearby for 5€ per bag "
