We arrived about 3 hours late after check in and after communicating with James the property manager he graciously stayed and showed us around the property. The property is pristine and we were very close to the metro and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel!

It's incredibly neat and tidy, to the point where you won't even notice anything walking barefoot or sleeping without pajamas. The convenience of the metro system is excellent too, with just two connections to reach the city center, and there are plenty of grocery stores in the vicinity.

My daughter had a fever and the management provided me with painkiller for her after midnight. Very friendly! The apartment provided us with a lot of freedom of cooking what we like and lived as we like.

New Apartment new building, there is a food court and carrefour 5 minutes walk. the Metro station 6 minutes walk. there is a street parking available. EV charger for ev cars available in the area.

It was a nice place to stay but in the kitchen they didn't have anything to do the dishes with or any dish soap to use. No towels to clean the kitchen or the table. This hotel is comfortable quiet place. No so bad at all.

If I were you, I'd think twice booking this place. The room/apartments are OK. But the communication, check-in and the reception staff leaves a lot to be desired. Once you arrived at the location, you'll find no sign of Zenao Appart'hôtels, and you'd wonder am I at the right location? In fact they go by Stella Apartments, and that's the one you'd need to press for. If you are checking in after 8pm, then you'd have to wait at least an hour for an rude person to arrive, they'll take 40 Euros off you for late check in and throw a bunch of keys towards you. After that good luck with finding the apartment in the maize. Overall, we had a terrible experience staying at this place, and I were you, I'll look elsewhere. And yes, Hotel.com were not of much help either when contacted regarding the issues we faced during our stay.

It was quite difficult to figure out how to enter the apartments (the location wasn’t quite what I expected) but I called the reception and the lady I spoke to explained what to do. The apartment itself had a very fresh and new feel but there were a couple of things that I wasn’t keen on (but didn’t report - completely my fault; I know the staff would have fixed my issues but I was too exhausted from travelling to bother). The location was particularly good for the places I needed to visit and I would certainly return!

This is a senior retirement center, Not a hotel! Do not be dueped. I would not stay here again. There is no AC. No access to amenities. No dishwasher. The toilet and shower are in separate areas. The area is noisy.

Disappointing Customer Service and Lack of Amenities I had high hopes for my stay at Zenao Appart'hôtels Montreuil, especially considering its convenient location. However, my experience has been far from pleasant. Upon checking in, I requested extra towels from the staff, only to be bluntly told "no" by the receptionist. This kind of unaccommodating attitude is unacceptable, especially when staying at a hotel. Additionally, there is no air conditioning in the apartment, which made my stay uncomfortable, particularly in warmer weather. This lack of basic amenities and poor customer service has overshadowed any potential positives. For my fellow Americans and any travelers who value comfort and good customer service, I strongly recommend finding alternative accommodations. It's disappointing to see such a lack of hospitality and consideration for guests. Stay away and save yourself the trouble.

I could not sleep for the duration of my stay as there was no air conditioning. Room was above 30 degrees the whole time I was there. Check in was very difficult as you need a key fob to enter the gate which is quite far from the main office. I had to wait for someone to exit the gate so I could get into the apartment compound. The actual name of the hotel was Stella, so this was also very confusing to me. Price was fair, but I would not stay in this area in the future as there was no restaurant in the hotel, and very few places to eat within walking distance. Also very hard to converse with people in this area if you don’t speak French. I ended up eating at McDonald’s or taking an Uber to find a restaurant. Coffee machine in the lobby was good.

Excellent appartement. En revanche accueil catastrophique ! Réservation d'un appartement de 2 chambres de 2 lits doubles. 1ere délivrance clé 1 seule chambre ! 2eme délivrance clé 1 seule chambre encore ! 3eme délivrance clé appartement déjà occupé !! 4eme délivrance clé appartement 2 chambre mais 1 lit double et 1 lit simple !!! Bref 45 mn pour s'installer enfin ! Jeune femme à l'accueil incompétente, impolie car aucune communication, aucune explication, ni même un regard, aucune gêne face à la situation !!! Nous sommes restés calmes mais c'est inadmissible !!!
