I am delighted to welcome you to my charming 40-square-meter apartment, located in Pré-Saint-Gervais on the 3rd floor (without an elevator).

Perfect for a leisure or business trip, this space can accommodate up to 4 guests. You’ll be conveniently located near all amenities, close to Paris, and well-connected by public transportation to explore the city effortlessly.

## Logement
My apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator and is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped and functional kitchen, a shower room and a living room with a television and a sofa bed.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave, Wifi, Fan.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

My accommodation is located near everything you may need on a daily basis: various bars, restaurants and shops.
For your small shopping, you will find a "Carrefour City" and a "E.Leclerc", respectively at 8 minutes and 5 minutes of walk.
You will also be very well served by the various public transports to stroll around the city and its surroundings!

The neighborhood is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!
It offers an immediate proximity to the Philharmonie de Paris, La Villette and the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont

It is a young and dynamic city, attracting each year new inhabitants in search of a pleasant living environment in the immediate vicinity of Paris.

Propre, bien placé
Conforme à la description. Au 3ème étage, à proximité du métro Hoche (ligne 5) et du tram T3b, à 5min à pied d'un Leclerc (pratique pour les courses), tout équipé pour la cuisine. Les draps/serviettes fournies. Tout était propre. Facile pour prise/remise des clefs. 1 freebox pour wifi,télé,.... 1 grand lit dans la chambre et un grand canapé lit. Au rez-de-chaussée, une boulangerie, parfait pour le petit déjeuner. Bref, pour ceux qui ont prévu des choses dans le 19ème, comme la cité des sciences par ex, ou des événements à Adidas Arena, c'est vraiment l'emplacement idéal. Bref, je recommande sans hésiter. A une prochaine fois !
