Located on the first floor overlooking the courtyard of a small condominium, this completely renovated 43m2 apartment is quiet and cozy. The bedroom has a 160x200 (Queen Size) double bed, a chest of drawers and a clothes rack are at your disposal for your belongings.

In the living room, you will find a sofa bed (140x200) with a real mattress, a coffee table, a television and a dining table.
