You will receive a message two days before your arrival with a link to the welcome book. The welcome book will include information on how to access the keys and parking space, illustrated with photos.
The apartment is located near the new "Panorama Clamart" district and there are restaurants, pharmacies, an supermarket, and a bakery less than 500 meters away.
Please note the following strict rules:
- No noise is allowed in the common areas of the building (corridor, staircase, etc.) or on the apartment balcony
- No parties are allowed after 9 p.m. in the apartment
- No noise is allowed before 8:30 a.m.
- Do not park in the neighbors' parking spaces, your designated spot is number 33
- Do not write on the walls of the common areas of the building or in the apartment
- Do not dispose of waste in the parking lot
- Do not slam the main door
- Do not damage the common areas of the building with your luggage
Breaking these rules may result in a penalty. A noise detector has been installed to discourage any noise disturbances.
