Quiet Steps Away from Champs Elysees A/C

This fully equipped studio is a block away from the Champs Elysees closed to the Franklin Roosevelt metro station. It is located at the top 6th level (seventh American) of a XIX century building with only courtyard and rooftop views and therefore offers full silence. It even provides a view of the Eiffel tower. The building is very secure and has an elevator.

The studio consists of a main room with a queen size bed ( 160 * 200 cm or 65 * 80 inches ), a bathroom with large shower, toilets and washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. there are plenty of closets and a table for two.

The apartment comes with free phone to 80 countries including North America and Australia, free WI-Fi, free cable TV and air conditioning.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than ten minutes) to the Champs Elysees , Grand Palais, Tuileries Gardens, rue du Faubourd Saint Honore, Avenue Montaigne, Elysees Presidential Palace or Madeleine/Opera. It is a lovely walk (less than 30 minutes) or a short direct metro ride (less than 5 minutes) to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre. Franklin Roosevelt, the nearest metro station is on line 1 and 9.

The area is very safe. This is where most of the four stars hotels of Paris are located. There is a wide range of restaurants and a number of supermarkets in the immediate neighborhood

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 1200pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 1200pm.

Downtown cute little place.
Amazing little property that is a bedroom with a kitchen and bathroom. Place is small, the bed isn't the greatest. When you lay down the bed sinks in the middle turning you into a U shape. Me and my spouse both weigh about 140lb so we aren't large at all. Aside from that you get an AMAZING view of the Eiffel tower from your window, it is close to everything you want and need, and for the price you cannot beat it. Olivier the property manager is great very thorough and communicates very well. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot!
This was a perfect apartment for us. We were able to get around easily, lots of local food and stores nearby. The apartment was perfectly clean and just what we needed to stay for a few days! Would definitely recommend.

This apartment was in a convenient location. There are many cafes, restaurants and shops in the area. We could also easily walk to the Louvre and Arc de Triomphe. It was small but clean .

Check in and responses were excellent as was the location. Unfortunately there is mould in the shower and this needs to be addressed. An item was dropped under the bed and upon retrieving it there was a Warren of dust bunnies.

What a beautiful place with a great view of the Eiffel Tower! Olivier is a great host who is very responsive and helpful. He gave us directions on how to get to the property from the airport and was easy to get in contact with. Would definitely recommend and will look into staying here again when back in Paris.

This place was central to everything we needed. It was my first time in Paris, and I feel like this place was 20 minutes from everywhere which was so convenient! We did snag some problems with the electricity, but Oliver was super helpful in helping us figure it out! The location is also super safe.

Amazing view in a great Neighborhood
Staying at Oliver’s place was such a treat! It was great to have such a welcoming host who really cares about his guests. Additionally, we were able to see the Eiffel Tower sparkle each night from the apartment which made our trip special. Overall, great neighborhood, great host, and great views.

Fantastic location! Owner communicated quickly when questions arose. Building was quiet. Tiny elevator available if you're not one for stairs to get to the unit. Within a reasonable walk to the metro, shopping, and le Arc.

Wonderful little studio right off Champs Elysee. Everything you need. The AC is excellent which was such a special feature considering most of France is only cooled moderately. The lift was perfect for getting luggage up to the top floor. The charming view of the top of the Eiffel Tower was just icing on the cake. Would absolutely stay again.

Olivier was more than accommodating and communicative! The flat was exactly what two people need for an amazing stay in Paris. A rocks throw from the Champs Elyssees and the metro to anywhere. Perfection!

This is a very small, but well located properly, perfect for a visit to Paris at a very reasonable cost. It was very secure & has an excellent view. We were appreciative of the washer/dryer, but had a challenge figuring out how to use it. Be sure to bring soap and be sure not to leave out anything sweet.

This was a perfect match for our last week of our 40 day European vacation. Basically a large studio. We were in easy walking to 3 different Metro stations, many restaurants, a grocery store and many other small businesses. The apartment was clean and well equipped including a washer/dryer. More than 2 people would too many. Very reasonable price for Paris.

Perfect Location
I stayed 2 weeks here and the window was why I chose the room. Tons of natural light and opens to Paris and a small view of the Eiffel Tower. Perfect size for just me. I felt like I was in a neighborhood but also a less than 10 min walk to all the shopping and action I could want. Lots of little cafes, restaurants, and stores. The building is very safe and has a charming courtyard. The only issue I can say is there was only 1 towel and the shower tiles could use a deep clean. Other than that very happy here.

Perfect location!
The location was perfect! The studio was in a very safe neighborhood, clean, quiet, well kept, and had everything you could need for a stay in the beautiful city of Paris. Property manager was easy to communicate with and helpful with information. We rode the metro, which was always a quick walk, we rented e-bikes and, of course walked everywhere. The location was great, a short walk to the Arc and all the shopping on Champs-Elysees. The streets have many wonderful cafes and shops. We will definitely stay here in the future. 5 stars!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Olivier is wonderful host. Very responsive. The bed is comfortable and the area is quiet especially at night. We slept well. My boyfriend is 6'4 and the shower, bathroom, bed , kitchenette work just fine for him being that tall. The location is a couple blocks from Champs-Élysées with lots of restaurants and shops in the area. It was clean and worked for what we needed with a place to sleep, shower and bathroom and kitchen facilities. I highly recommend staying here!
