This fully equipped studio is one block away from le marais at the saint sebastien froissard metro station, line 8. it is located on the back side at the second level (third american) of a modern building with two elevators and has a view on a garden. the area is very safe residential, It is 28 square meters or around 280 square feet.

The studio consists of a main room with a full size comfortable queen size bed ( 160 * 200 cm or 64 * 80 inches ), a bathroom with shower, toilets and basin and a fully equipped kitchen. there are plenty of closets and a table for two. The studio is facing a garden and offers full silence ( you can sleep with the window open),
The apartment comes with free WI-Fi and free cable TV.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers quality linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than five minutes) to Le Marais, Bastille square and Republique square. You can then access metro hubs easily ( Republique and Bastille ) and go just eveywhere in paris directly without changing lines. And you are only 15 minutes walking to the very center of Paris, chatelet.

The area is trendy and residential. The building is located on the rue amelot which is a quiet street still with cafes and restaurants.
Down the building there is a large supermarket ( carrefour market).

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 1200pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 1200pm.

The host was very communicative throughout the booking process as well as during the stay. The property was quaint with all the necessities. The location was perfect with easy access to the Metro. Access to the Market for water and snacks was a plus too.

Well-appointed, quiet and perfectly located. Very much enjoyed this apartment. Had everything we needed and was within walking distance of great restaurants, bars, metro stops and a grocery store. Communication with owner was also great. Will book again next time we're in Paris.

It was in a great location for our needs! We used the subway to get everywhere, which we are used to in cities. The convenience to the Grocery Store and being able to cook really helped keep our stay cost-effective. The washer/dryer was also a great help! We would stay there again.

The place met our needs. It was clean, close to the metro, restaurants, and a market. We cooked our breakfast. And ate other meals throughout Paris. The bed was comfortable and with the shutters the room was dark. We had to set our alarms to keep us from sleeping in. We were there in April so the room temperature was fine. We slept with the shutters closed and the windows open and had really nice sleeps. Le Marais is a vibrant fun neighbourhood.

Great location, quiet, just like the photos
Close to a number of transport links, quiet - like seriously quiet - no street noise, barely heard any neighbours. Washing machine has been upgraded to a washer/dryer. Make sure you go to Rue de Bretagne for the boulangerie/Cafe buzz. I would stay there again.

The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for every situation and temperature. It was in the perfect location for visiting Le Marais, using metro stations, and cooking our own meals. Olivier was kind and accommodating with our arrival circumstances. Fantastic experience.

Awesome stay
The apartment was beautiful and well maintained. It was way better than a hotel would have been and the location was easily accessible by metro or bus. Olivier was very responsive and helpful. It was great having an option to do laundry as well. I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Paris.

Very comfortable bed. Very clean with everything we needed. Excellent communication with Olivier. He responded in minutes. Very safe and quiet. Very near grocery store and 3 metros and wonderful open air market on Sunday. Kitchen was well equipped but very small. Bathroom spacious.

I enjoyed staying at this apartment/condo. It was clean and had everything that I needed. Location was great. It was right next to a grocery store and retaurants and shopping were just a block or two away. The host (Olivier) gave detailed instructions and also recommended restaurants and site seeing places. I enjoyed my stay here very much.

Good apartment off the beaten track
We liked our stay and good location close to 3 Metro stops we used. We also like to walk, Paris is a beautiful city for that. We did not mind the long walks to the tourist attractions. Only suggestion is to make sure the pots are able to be used on the stove, the stove was of a special kind and was difficult to use.

Fabulous visit
We had a great time. Olivier was very very good with communication in advance as well as when we arrived. His colleague met us and gave us the keys and check-in orientation. The apartment was clean, the beds comfy, shower water pressure amazing and the nights quiet. There was ample storage (and hangers) for clothing. There are 3 cafes at the corner, a great restaurant almost outside the front door, and a metro stop super close. I would stay here again.

Great Stay for our week exploring Paris
This is a great European sized studio apartment and perfect accommodations/ location for my husband and I to explore Paris. Oliver met us at the apartment to give us keys and a rundown on the apartment which was helpful. The room has a comfortable queen bed (plenty of linens & towels), a small cute table with 2 chairs, 2 nightstands, ottoman, large tv, storage cart and large sliding glass window with electrical light blocking shades & a large wall length mirrored closet. The entry way into the apartment is a galley styled kitchen, equipped with a full size apt. refrigerator, microwave, a Mr Coffee style coffee maker, microwave oven, 2 burner stove, sink and nicely stocked cabinets. We did not cook in but everything is there if we wanted to, even some staples. The nice size bathroom is just to the left of the entryway with good shower. The washer dryer unit was located in the bathroom. The elevator was a big plus after a long day. Grocery store is just around the corner and great for anything you need. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants within 1-6 blocks PLUS at least 4 Metro stations are within half mile so getting around Paris is a breeze once you learn how to use the system. For the money, is a great find!

very plesant silent place to sleep
we visited Paris for 3 days, 2 nights. At arrival we contacted the owner and he immediately responded and a friend of him was there within 5 min to open the door. Good explanation about the house rules in English and during our stay we could ask all questions to the owner if needed. The bed was perfect and clean; bathroom could use a bit more cleaning in the corners :-). Shower was very strong and nicely warm. During the night it was very silent and with the shutters down dark as well, so sleeping was to good to be true!

Fantastic location, simple lodging
If you want a super location - close to bus and subway, local cafes, walking distance to squares and several museums, enjoyment of city buzz without tremendous traffic - consider this VRBO. It is not a fancy lodging, with a two-burner electric stove top and a tabletop microwave/convection oven for cooking, a small sink for dishwashing, but there are some positives. The washer/dryer works great, though we needed instruction more than once on how to use it, the shower is small but nice, the bed is very comfortable, the privacy shutters block out almost all light, and the closet is large. We did not use the TV - we’re in Paris…. why watch TV?? The VRBO owner/manager is very responsive, meeting us earlier than scheduled for check in. BTW, the French people, young and old, are very willing to help with directions, fun to talk with even though we do not speak French (many speak English), and their food and wine are excellent.
