Just right for our 3-generation family of 5. Modern, clean, charming, and a lovely balcony from which we could see some pretty architecture and a part of the Eiffel Tower. Maria, who was available for us, was very sweet and willing to help in any way. We would happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was great. Close to transportation and within walking distance of the Eiffel tower. Great restaurants across the street and a food market downstairs. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location and nice house
It was an excellent location. Travel to all attractions in Paris was very easy with multiple options. There were shopping markets, restaurants and bakeries close by. House was clean and nicely maintained. The building had 2 lifts which was very helpful. Host was very responsive to any questions. Overall we had a pleasant stay with view of Eiffel tower and its lights at night. Highly recommend this place.

Property was just as described! Well stocked and had everything we needed. Super quiet location and easy access to metro. While most major attractions are 20-30 mins transit, it was super easy to navigate to. Great surrounding restaurants. Family friendly. Thank you!

Lovely apartment
We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. The host was responsive. It was very clean. There is a grocery store and other shops nearby and a wonderful bakery across the street. The highlight of the day was seeing the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night from the balcony. Wonderful trip!

Best place to stay in Paris as a family!
This was our first trip to Paris and staying in this apartment made the trip so much easier! It has an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower and is in such a convenient location to delicious restaurants, cafes, groceries/wine etc. It was well stocked for people coming from out of town. t also has amazing dark out shades to get the best sleep! My family and I absolutely loved it and hope to visit again someday!

We had the most wonderful stay here! The apartment was very clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. Check in was seamless and we had everything we needed during our stay. It's a block from the nearest Metro. We would highly recommend staying here!

My family and I stayed at this apartment for the youngest’s birthday and we have no complaints!! Everything was very clean and had an overall very nice atmosphere. Great location, near many activities and restaurants; which made our stay much easier. We definitely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to travel to Paris!!!

Great flat!
This flat was perfect for our family! The place was so nice and the location was everything! A market, bakery and stores all nearby! The deck was a wonderful way to end night. You can walk to the taxis and we walked to the Eiffel Tower with no issues at all but also close to metro. Highly recommend!

Great apartment in the 15th A
Very nice and well discribed on VRBO. 3 adults and two kids (8 & 6) easily accomodated with metro stop on the corner, easy walk to Eiffel Tower, fine local restaurants on a neighborhood street. Super bonus for people coming in early AM....check in is 9 AM. Time to rest up before heading out to enjoy Paris. The owner also provided sufficient necessary items for a full weeks stay, thanks Johno! Easy communidation with a great owner. Highly recommended.

Perfect place to experience the Parisian lifestyle!
This apartment was perfect. The other reviews were spot on when it came to ease of check in / out, communication with the property owner and most of all the peace of the apartment and its location. The beds were comfortable and everything was tidy and well thought out. We were able to easily explore Paris from the station just at the end of the block and there were delicious places to grab a bite all around. I highly recommend staying here and hope we have the opportunity to do so again!

I stayed at the Grenelle apartment with my friend and her daughter for the 4 days we were in Paris. The apartment is perfect...well appointed with all you could need...beds are comfortable. Love the view of the Eiffel Tower from the terrace (especially at night). The owner was very responsive from the time I booked through our stay. The location is right next to a metro stop, there is a fabulous boulangerie across the street and lots of restaurants in the area. I'd stay here again for sure.

Great location and perfect size
We wanted to stay in a great location for our vacation in Paris and this place could not have been better. My family of five were able to walk to the Eiffel tower and take the train to all of our activities as there is a station right at the corner of the intersection near the apartment. A bakery across the street and a supermarket right below made it ideal for breakfast or a quick snack. The apartment has a great layout and felt fairly spacious for two pre teens, one teenager and two adults.

Beautiful apartment steps from Metro station
Check-in was the simplest of any VRBO rental I’ve booked. We rang the bell, the care taker immediately opened her window and confirmed who I was, handed me the keys and we were in. The apartment is a good size, nicely furnished, and well maintained. The owner was responsive and proactive. One of the adjacent apartments had children whose playing/footsteps we could hear a little bit, but it was during the day and not disruptive. Only minor note is that there are 1.5 bathrooms, one has only a toilet and sink, we would have preferred 2 full baths. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would recommend.

Seemless experience. Excellent location and space!
Our family of four recently returned from a four night stay at this property. Johno was very prompt in his communication-both responsiveness and initiating when needed. Photos of the property are accurate and I would agree with another review left, that the view of the Eiffel Tower is better than photo indicates. The weather was cold but we enjoyed stepping out every night to view the hourly twinkling tower. Everything was clean and in order. The location couldn't have been more convenient with Metro and bus stations outside the door. We had a wonderful time and do highly recommend this space.

Awesome apartment with view of Eiffel Tower
The photos of this property were exactly as it appeared! It was very clean and had everything you could need. Extra paper towels, TP, linens, cleaning supplies., hair dryer, iron.....you name it! JohnO was so responsive although we didn't need him for anything while we were there. There is a metro stop on the corner, plenty of restaurants and take out near by, supermarket just under the apartment (not even mentioned in the VRBO write up, but so handy). A 12 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. A bit off the beaten path if you are looking for touristy areas, but easy enought to get to by metro, foot (a good walk), taxi or uber. Fantastic and we would definitely come back. I think the apartment is perfect for 4 people but a teen could sleep on the couch which I think is a pull out!! It really was great!!!!!
