The apartment was clean with a good location overall great place. We had a 99yr old WWII veteran that had a hard time getting in and out of the beds as they are terribly low to the ground. He knocked his finger and got some blood on the sheets and the owner demanded we purchase new ones.

Very nice apartment, beautiful location across from a canal. Close to Metro, bikes, bus and numerous groceries. The host, Charles is so kind and helpful. We would gladly stay again

We enjoyed our stay at Charles' place. He was there to get us checked in and help out if we needed anything. We loved being able to look out over the water.

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt
Die Wohnung ist geräumig und bietet eine umfangreiche Ausstattung, die bei einem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt auch z.B. Gelegenheit bietet, Essen zuzubereiten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war herzlich, zuvorkommend und sehr sympathisch. Leider ist die Wohnung ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, Türen schließen z.B. nicht perfekt, nicht alle Lampen funktionieren, hier und da gibt es Stellen, die ein aufmerksamer Handwerker erneuern könnte.
