Paris 20 Pere Lachaise: VERY QUIET STUDIO WITH A TERRACE

Very quiet 26 m2 studio in an old Paris building with two paved yards, far from the street.
The flat is located in a second yard, which is one level above the street; this supposes to go up 15 steps.
There is a small kitchen, which can be closed, and a small bathroom.
Many cupboards.
A double bed is offered, which can be completed by a single bed, usually used as a sofa, for a child for instance.
In summertime, this flat is quite pleasant as a private and flowered 12 m2 terrace allows you to have a meal outside.
It is located close to all shops and public transport(underground and bus connected to Bastille and the centre of Paris, Velib bicycle station).
We can eventually leave our car park if you need it, which is 5' walk away.
Pleasant neighbourhood.
This flat is located half way between Nation and Pere Lachaise.

Great stay in Paris
Véronique has a nice little flat in a really convenient part of Paris. With the metro being just around the corner, you are 20 minutes away from the majority of famous city attractions. Also, you are 5 minutes away from one of the most famous graveyards in the world. Véronique was quick to communicate with and was always available. The flat is very quiet and private. We loved our time in Paris!

A lovely hide-away in Paris
We stayed 4 nights here. This apartment is perfectly located to the Metro so you can easily explore the city. Paris is a busy and noisy place and this apartment is ideal for those who want to retreat at the end of a day of sightseeing and have a peaceful sleep.

Very quiet and charming place in Paris
The place is small and romantic and really feels like a home. The street has everything you need. Since the place is away from the street it is very quiet. There is even a little private garden where you can sit and relax. Beds are good, place is very clean, host is friendly - we are coming back for sure!

You step off a busy street and are transported into a peaceful courtyard with beautiful plants and decor. The flat was perfect for our visit to Paris. Veronique was a gracious host and provided a lot of great recommendations for food and activities. If we have the opportunity to come back we would choose to stay here again.

That's a beautiful typical french apartment close to the center. Veronique is very kind and everything went really well. The little backyard/terace provides a silent place to relax after a day full of sight seeing.

Perfect French studio
If you want a quintessential French experience then this is for you. Set in a quiet courtyard off a busy street it is a peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Charming host with the option of safe off street parking. We loved it.

Wonderful cozy flat with perfect terrace!
This flat was perfect for my visit to family that recently moved nearby! The neighborhood is great. I loved the warm feeling of the flat's decor and I can't wait to come back and enjoy the terrace in warmer weather. My French is "moche" and Veronique's check-in details were so clear and detailed! Perfect place for my needs!

Serene Sanctuary
I stayed in Véronique’s flat by myself for 4 days. I wish it could have been longer. All day I had the radio on, reading and drawing. The flat is bright and warmly lit with a private terrace. It is located close to Père-Lachaise cemetery (the best club in Paris) as well as many cafes and bars - and the metro right next door so easy to get anywhere. Véronique is so sweet and welcoming. Recommend !

Beautiful welcome to Old Paris
I stayed here with my two teenagers. Veronique communicated clearly and consistently prior to and during our stay, and she and her husband were both kind and gracious. The information provided regarding the flat and area attractions was clear and helpful. Veronique truly goes the extra mile to ensure that guests have anything they need. The flat itself was clean, welcoming, and warm. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in a vibrant neighborhood, this is it!

Small studio review
First off, we had the opportunity to meet and talk with the owner. She lives next door and is a lovely lady who speaks excellent English. She was responsive and helpful. Additionally, the studio is quite close to the metro station, giving you easy access to most of Paris. All that said, we would probably not choose to stay here again. Most sights were 40 or more minutes away by metro. The area was much more urban than we had anticipated. We never felt unsafe there and there are great bakeries and restaurants nearby, but it wasn’t an attractive area of Paris. The studio was very hot. There is no air conditioning, and no way to open a window. I often smelled a powerful musty smell (similar to a damp basement) when walking into the apartment. The listing states a spa / hot tub? We did not see this at all. There is no tub - only a shower.

Me. Blandin a été trés gentille en nous donant les coordonées pour se rendre au logement. La place est vraiment propre près du métro, plusieurs services aux alentours. On se sentait en sécurité car on a eu problème pour sortir la clé et elle etait toujours á l'ecoute.

Sehr schönes Apartment
Sehr gemütliches, ruhiges Apartment mit Terrasse, Metro-Station in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nachbarschaft. Toller Ort zum Entspannen nach dem Sightseeing. Die Vermieterin war super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen!
