The perfect spot for seeing Paris

Very nice stay for 4 days
The appartment is very excellent and tue location is brilliant. It is small, especially tue bathroom, but completely sufficient. There are many shops, restaurants nearby and the Metro is only a 3 min walk away. From there everything is reachable and a good starting point for all sightseeings. The communication and check-in with Anne-Sophie was totally easy and helpful.

Great little place!
This was perfect for my daughter and I! The apartment had all that we needed like a washing machine, iron, hair dryer and more. Comfy bed! Loved the central location, so close to the metro and shops/restaurants within walking minutes of your door. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Having been hosts ourselves in the past, we feel that it’s the small things that count. There’s two types of hosts: those who really care about their guests and those who are trying to maximize profits. Actually most hosts are a combination of these two goals. The small things? Amazing stay
We had an amazing week in Paris and staying at this beautiful apartment made a big impact in our experience. The place is clean, cozy and very charming. It is located in a very centralized location (2 blocks from metro station) with lots of restaurants, cafes and anything you need. We enjoyed coming back to our Parisian home after a long day of sightseeing. We were very close to Montparnasse best attractions and could not ask for a better location. Love the 14e arrondissement
Fantastic apartment and location. Perfect to come back to after a day out in the hub of Paris. Fun restaurants - active yet quiet neighbourhood. Apartment had everything we needed, was generally very quiet at night and very close to subway stop. Only thing I would recommend is an information/instruction sheet for guests with regards to appliances (dishwasher, washer/dryer). We had a great time on rue Pernety - will be back.

Lovely property. Lovely neighborhood.
Spent five weeks at this property while attending French classes. The apartment is clean, modern, and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet with a thriving commercial area just a few short blocks away. The Pernety Metro station is located here as well. I highly recommend this property. The manager was attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay in Paris a memorable one. Many thanks!

Lovely Paris apartment
3rd floor apartment in the 14th arrondissement, close to subway and restaurants. The apartment is small but well equipped with tasteful furnishings. We were there on a 91 degree day and the apartment was quite comfortable for sleeping. The owners provided thorough instructions, directions and suggestions of places to shop and eat. Neat apartment in a quiet residential area in central Paris
We stayed in this apartment to enjoy Paris for a long weekend. As the apartment is located in a residential area, it is nice and quiet around during nighttime. The apartment is well maintained and well equipped. Although on the smaller side, it is perfect for 2 persons due to the efficient layout of the spaces. The neighbourhood (14th) has lovely restaurants and bars to enjoy and the nearby metro station brings you to the city centre in 20 minutes. Overall we had a lovely stay with a smooth communication with the owners before and during our stay.

The quiet apartment was conveniently located near restaurants and cafes. There was lots of light, both natural and artificial. Unfortunately the bathroom was minuscule and had no storage for guests’ toiletries , which was very inconvenient. It was advertised as having a cooktop and oven, which it did, but there were no pots or pans or cooking utensils, nor a cutting board. There were an iron and ironing board and first aid kit. It just lacked organization.

Perfect Place!
We had a wonderful time at this property! The hosts were kind, amazing, always available, and helpful. They had a bottle of bubbly waiting for us upon our arrival. The flat itself was the perfect size and had all the modern amenities one could need and was well stocked. They even supplied more then one set of towels, which was greatly appreciated since we stayed there for two weeks. The location was perfect - close to the Pernety metro stop, which made getting around and to CDG really easy. Also close by are numerous cafes, grocery stores, bakeries, and a wonderful hardware store as well as delightful Rue Daguerre. We highly recommend this property and thank you, thank you to our hosts for coming to our aide when I lost my cell phone before we had checked in. You made an unfortunate and worrisome situation extremely manageable. Bon journée!!

We LOVED this place!
This is a beautiful apartment. Nicely decorated and a decent size by Paris standards. The bed was comfy and so was the fold out bed, which was a nice surprise. The hosts were friendly and helpful. They worked with us when our flight delays caused a later arrival than expected. Checking in and out was a easy. The neighborhood is easy to reach by metro and fairly quiet with good restaurants nearby and a couple of grocery options. There was a bit of street noise in the evenings (people out talking in front of the buidling), but that usually quieted down by midnight. The bathroom is very snug. Again, that's typical for Paris, but might be a challenge for some. We didn't mind it. We highly recommend this flat!
