In the heart of Paris. In stylish historical stone building with original high ceilings and wooden floors. Elevator in the building . On the second floor (American),first floor (French), security entrance .
Suitable for couples ,friends or family with 2 /3 children for discovering the famous tourist attractions on foot or by Metro (3 stations in a 2/3 minutes walk) or by bus.
Lovely spacious living/dining room to relax after a day of sight-seeing . Internet ,WIFI , international TV channels.
The two bedrooms have in each of them King size extra comfortable beds which can be separated into single beds.
Also a comfortable movable bed available for a 5th person.(baby cot and high chair available )
There are in every room fans , heating and side lamps.
The family bathroom has a full bath/ shower, washing basin and toilet ,bathroom 2 has a shower and washing basin .
The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge with freezer, a 4 ring ceramic-stove, micro-oven, washing machine and dryer.
And also toaster, coffee maker, boiler and all you need to cook basic meals.
The neighborhood is very close to many tourist-attractions:
Like the beautiful arcades in front of the building with many special bakeries, boutiques , good restaurants, antiquity shops and more.
You can walk to the Opera , Montmartre ,The Louvre Museum, the famous Galleries la Fayette sales stores to see the latest fashions all in a walking distance!

Great neighborhood in Paris for a stay!
We really enjoyed the scenery and convenience of this VRBO. Our hosts and the property contact were incredibly responsive and helpful leading up to our arrival, answering questions and helping us to get situated on day one.As for the property, it’s a great option for small families with kids, with plenty of space to move around, and a property that felt really secure. Not only that, we had multiple avenues for exploring Paris, with a bus stop outside the door and several metro stops within very short walking distance. Plenty of options for dining near us including a good Argentinian steak restaurant. Overall a great stay!

Our stay
This is in a great location for the Metro, shopping (food, wine, patisserie) and not very touristy. Lots of good restaurants and a chocolatier across the street. Street noise is noticeable but there are fans in the bedrooms.

Wonderful apartment with great location
This apartment was an amazing base for our family trip to Paris. There were 4 of us staying there, 2 adults, 1 teen and 1 10 year old. All of us were very comfortable and happy with the location. Right across the street is a wonderful stretch of indoor market shops that offer lots of shopping and eating opportunities. Especially the little bakery with wonderful Pan au Chocolat and Pan au Chocola Almond (amazing!!!) The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from the Louvre and many different major tourist activities. 100% will stay there again.

Perfect family apartment!
My family, and I had an amazing time staying at this beautiful apartment in Paris! Reasonably priced, clean, accommodating, and very friendly owners. Apartment had everything we needed, very close to metro stations, and lots of restaurants, bakeries, and little grocery stores nearby. We will definitely be back!

This was a nice spacious apartment for the 4 of us. Communication with the owner was amazing, Joelle really reached out to make sure everything was good. The air conditioning in the bedroom was great as well as the fans, we slept very well for the end of July. Metro was just down the block. Got to see all the major attractions without any problems. Perfectly located comfortable & spacious apartment
Thanks to wonderful hosts, Livio and Joelle, we had a great in Paris. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We loved the area with so many restaurants, stores, and easy bus and metro access nearby. The bakery two doors down was amazing and I am afraid I will never have a better croissant or bagette again! For a first time visitor, we are so happy to have discovered Livio and Joelle's place. It was the perfect location to explore the city.

Perfect apartment in the Montmartre
The apartment is located on a bustling street that is full of locals and has everything you need-restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, bakeries, and brief walks to the Metro. We used the Metro to get to all over Paris with ease. Chartier restaurant is across the street but only go if the line isn’t long-the food isn’t that great but it’s an icon, so go if it’s not inconvenient. We had great communication with the owners and the property manager lives in the building. Very spacious apartment with everything you need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great property
The location of the apartment is perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. As stated by other guests, since the apartment is located on a busy street it is a bit noisy but nothing dramatic. The size of the apartment was really good for our family of 4. The apartment is very cute. The only recommendation I could make is for the owner to leave more toiletries, I did had to go and buy a couple of things. Also the floors in the half bathroom could be cleaned better. Our stay was perfect, we enjoyed the charming apartment and the location. I would stay here again.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay in Paris. The location was ideal since it was close to bus stops and the metro, as well as shops and restaurants. The 2 bedrooms provided plenty of privacy. The living room space gave us a place to relax after our busy days of sightseeing. Emmanuel was very helpful. Having a washing machine was also a benefit since we tried to pack light. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a family of 4. However, there was only 1 toilet and 1 shower.

Nice spacious apartment in a lively neighborhood
We stayed for 8 nights in hot weather with another couple . The high ceilings and large rooms (for Paris) were perfect for us. AC and fans worked well, kitchen has all the basics. WiFi was a little slow, but worked. Very busy and noisy street with lots of restaurants, stores and cafes and lots more in the area. New windows in the street side bedroom did a good job of reducing the noise. One tip: Coffee carafe doesn't quit fit the machine - set carafe at an angle, not flat, to keep the drip valve open.

Great location but extremely noisy!
The apartment is surrounded by patisseries, restaurants and shops and there are lots of train stations nearby. Owners are very helpful and give excellent pre arrival information. The apartment itself is okay. It has the basics of everything you need. Kitchen is quite basic...no oven just cook top and microwave. Beds are comfortable but linen quite old. The only reason unfortunately I would not stay here again is the traffic noise. The main bedroom is right on the street and there are trucks, buses, cars and people that go past continually until at least midnight on a weekday and then around 5.30am the delivery vans and garbage trucks start the cycle again. We had to buy earplugs just so we could drown out the noise enough to sleep. There appears to be double glazing on the windows and metal shutters which we closed but to no avail.

This was our 4th apartment stay in Paris, so we are very aware of what can be found. This time we were planning to travel with other adults so wanted to get more space. The living area is a good size. The location is OK. there are lots of restaurants and things to walk to but if you want to be central look around the river. The front bedroom IS noisy in the morning when service vehicles are on the street. The cutlery, crockery and glasses are odds and sods. The kitchen does not match the photo. not wooden top with overhead cupboard. The 2 bathroom description is not correct there is; bathroom 1, over bath shower and sink the other "bathroom " is a toilet and hand basin. There other issues but I would not recommend this apartment until the description is adjusted and they bring it back up to a nice standard (decent glasses, crockey etc. Tea towels instead of paper towel in the kitchen and light bulbs in all the lamps)

Stylish apartment in good location
Just home after a 3 night break in apartment 'Opera Promenade'. A comfortable, stylish and very clean apartment which is larger than it looks in the photos (the bedrooms in particular). The area of Paris is really interesting - loved the covered arcades opposite the apartment and just 2 minutes walk from the famous Chartier restaurant. Several small supermarkets close by and the oldest sweet shop in Paris in the same street. An easy 15 minute walk to the Louvre and about the same distance to the Opera. The beds are very comfortable with quality bedding. Everything in the apartment was well maintained and the overall feel was chic and stylish. Small kitchen but everything you'd need for basic catering. Being in a busy Parisian street with restaurants and the usual nightlife, the only downside was a certain amount of noise from the street at night- time and early morning. This could be a problem for light sleepers, although the second bedroom was much quieter. The communication from the owner was good, with clear directions and well managed arrangements on arrival and departure. Good value for money and would certainly recommend. Diane, Craig and Emily

Fabulous apartment in a fabulous location!
This apartment is in a very secure and well appointed building. The location is perfect for a holiday in Paris whether you want to visit the landmarks or just enjoy being part of the local scene. Or both! Just outside the apartment is a bus stop and there are 4 metro stations within a 2 to 3 minute walk. There are an abundance of excellent restaurants and bistros on the doorstep with the world famous 'Chartier' restaurant in the same street. (You will need to book a table if you don't want to queue but the food and service are worth the wait!) There is also a fabulous bakery here and the fresh pastries are a must for breakfast! If you want supermarkets there are 2 very close by, Monoprix and Franprix which have everything you need. There is also a Marks and Spencer food store a 5 minute walk away. The apartment itself has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. One bedroom has a shower on suite and the other fabulous views of the street. There is also a shared bathroom between the 2 bedrooms. The apartment is bright and airy with a well equipped kitchen. We visited from the 17th to 21st August with our 15 month old Grandson and his Mum and Dad. A cot and high chair was provided for him. Joelle and Livio provided excellent accommodation and invaluable information. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Enjoy your stay! X

Hot disaster
Nice older building renovated. Perhaps one of the hottest weeks at the end of summer. A/C was advertised in the description. One portable unit in one bedroom that continuously malfunctioned. The temperature in the apartment was in the 80s and above for most of the week. We emailed the owner, but he explained that the laws kept them from adding A/C to the building. That wasn't the issue; the unit didn't work! The manager, who speaks English, wasn't present when we arrived. Her sister, who spoke little English, let us in. It appeared that the apartment hadn't been checked. Shampoo bottles were nearly empty, for example. A fan for the second bedroom was damaged and made difficult to use. Advertised as two bath, but the second was a tight shower alcove with a mini sink. The toilet in the complete bathroom was stained with rust. When we finally made contact with the manager, she came by and was very nice, acknowledging the problems. The owners seem like a decent couple, but these shortcomings should have been addressed before we arrived. As it was, we could have been harmed by the excessive heat. The primary reason we rented this property was because of it's having A/C, as we thought of the real possibility that the weather could be quite warm in early September.

In the middle of Montmartre
The Appartement has a very pleasant charm you would expect from an old building in Paris. Check in is very easy. We had very good contact to the landlord and the manager. The Apartment is located directly at a very busy street in Montmarte. You will hear busses, delivery trucks etc. early in the Morning But you can reach countless restaurants and bars on foot.
