Nice hotel, conveniently located
Super short stay for one night passing through with two kids. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The staff is nice and super helpful...parking is about a half a block away and spacious and secure.

A new hotel to enjoy in Belleville
We are satisfied & enjoyed our stay. Hotel personel are kind & friendly. The room is clean & comfortable. We can go around the place and find the place easily. Many shops & restaurants beside & bus & Metro are only few meters away. I can highly recommend to all my friends & family.

Good and spacious room, not so good kitchen
Very spacious room with recently furnished modern aesthetics , easy to commute around , the only bad thing I would say is the kitchen / restaurant, the menu is so limited , plus the portions varies from one day to another. And also , the gym is so so small with no window. This is a nice hotel , they should have consider gym area in another part of the premises.

I recently stayed at a hotel and absolutely loved it. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom section was particularly impressive, with a beautifully designed shower area. The amenities included delightful Rituals products, and there was a large, beautiful TV. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent location with metro opposite hotel. Has a water station - useful for the heatwave. Bear in mind it does not really have a lobby.

We stayed in a room with 2 twin beds. The property and rooms are very clean and modern. The room was virtually sound proof. The hotel is in a cultural neighbourhood with shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. I would stay here again.

The hotel and staff were very good. Food service within the hotel was on Euro schedule, so if your stomach is jet lagged you must go out for a meal. There were lots of cafes and small restaurants within just a couple blocks. The neighborhood is pretty residential and so not the most convenient for services, but very convenient to the underground.

The staff was friendly and the gym was a personal favorite. However my experience in the room was not the best. Had to call reception multiple times to ask them to turn the AC on which is annoying considering that it was a very warm room. Also the bathroom sink was leaking all over the bathroom couldn’t use to brush my teeth.

Our stay at Novotel Paris 20 Belleville was amazing. El Kaser Mahmoud & Suriat Moussa were exceptional. They were friendly, informative, and genuinely caring. They went above & beyond to help us with language tour guidance and service.We are so thankful, they both are definitely a great asset to the hotel. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff and service was great.
