This is a very nice apartment, in a beautiful old building, renovated, decorated and furnished by an interior designer, with a modern and elegant touch.
It is well positioned in the marsh area 5 minutes from the Seine and Notre Dame Cathedral.
Fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, microwave, towels, sheets, television, wifi ..., the apartment has two double beds and a wardrobe.
The kitchen is open to the dining area, equipped with an extendable dining table. The bathroom, renovated, has a shower, sink with mirror and a storage unit. This charming apartment is very well furnished in a contemporary spirit: you will find many works, paintings of Parisian artists as well as everything you will need during your stay: modern equipment (Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster ... ), very good bedding both beds and sofa bed. The apartment is quiet, bright and ideally located in the center of Paris.

1st Time in Paris
We absolutely loved the location of our property. Super close to all the restaurants, cafes, shopping, train and historic sites. We had everything we needed in the property and had a fantastic time.

Great location
Conveniently located near Hotel de Ville metro stop with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Comfortable beds. Just needed some hand soap, paper towels or hand towels for bathroom. Appreciated owner arranging pickup service from airport and to train station as we had luggage. Would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is located in the heart of the Marai district! It was so easy to navigate the city. The owners allowed us an earlier check-in and set up a private car for our departure to the airport. We would highly recommend this property.

Great place in the heart of the city
We had a wonderful stay. The property was perfect for our family of 4 stay. We loved that we were right in the heart of the city and could easily walk to big attractions. There were lots of cafes and train station close by. We felt very safe and would stay here again if we visit again.

Apartment was in a good location In Le Merais. It was a bit tight for four people and limited with towels and some musty odors. Host was communicative, and we only had to wait ten minutes for his spokesperson’s arrival in order to check in. There are a lot of options, and I think we could have done better for the money and service.

It truly is an amazingly good location. We loved it and we were able to get everywhere we needed very easily. We stayed a week and it served all our needs. The apartment is compact but well designed - we had a family with two adults and two older teens and we were all happy. Thank you Vincent and Sabine!

Nice neighborhood
We were able to walk all over Paris. We loved the quiet neighborhood but with a lot of restaurants and shops close by. I loved being able to walk to the corner and see Notre Dame, absolutely beautiful. The apartment fit our family of four and the owner was a great communicator. Thank you!

GREAT location, but pretty cozy
We are a family of four and the apartment was...cozy. It was small, but perfect for us to be in an awesome location with tons to do and it was an excellent jumping off point to explore Paris! Despite its proximity to restaurants, bars, and shopping, it was really quiet. We had no problem with any noise. Didn't spend a ton of time in the apartment as we were coming to Paris for Paris but seemed to be adequately equipped with most necessities. Check-in was super smooth, and communication was great.

Great spot to explore Paris from
We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a great location to walk to many great sites in Paris. This apartment would be great for a family of four. It was a little cramped for 5 of us (kids 15,17 and 20). It slept us comfortably but when the bed in the kitchen is pulled out it’s awkward for 5 to move around. A/C is nice and we loved the neighborhood so overall I would recommend staying here.

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the comforts of this small but well-furnished apartment. It's in a great location and faces an interior courtyard so is very quiet even though the area is not. The owner was very responsive and we were happy with the ride service he arranged for us. The description of the rooms needs clarification - the apartment is basically two large rooms separated by a wall with a door, so you walk through the first room to get to the second. The first room is set up as a kitchen/sitting area; a small W/C room is in it too. When you walk through the doorway into the second room, there's a queen size bed, and a door to a small room with a compact shower and sink. An open stairway close to the bed leads to an upper platform with a king size bed. The ceiling was not high enough for a tall person to stand fully upright. While this worked great for us, this is really a one bedroom apartment. The sleeper sofa is in the first room, but when you open the sofa to be a bed, you can call it a bedroom but you've given up any use of the room for common area purposes. The second room has 2 large beds, but they are separated by vertical space, not any wall or room divider.

Enjoyed our stay here in the heart of Paris. Beds were comfortable, though pillows were flat. Apartment is smaller than expected but it was well stocked and efficiently designed. The shower was very small. Nice to have a washer and drying rack for a longer trip. Pull out sofa bed was noisy but comfy.

Great, but.....
Positives: - Great location, tons of restaurants and other shopping as soon as you get out on to the street. - excellent communication with the host, - Felt secure the whole time we were there (need 2 codes for two separate doors), - very quiet, beds were not bad. - Kids loved the split level for their bed. Negatives: - Great for a couple but felt small for a family with 2 kids. - The bathroom only has a shower curtain for the shower and the water easily gets outside the shower area especially when kids are showering, it was a challenge to keep the bathroom floor dry. - Shower ran out of hot water after two people took showers, rest only had Luke warm water. - Was offered a paid taxi service from train station, but driver bailed at the last minute saying there was a strike. I took a taxi at the station and had no issues getting to the property.

Location can't be beat
As Americans, we are used to having some space in our homes. As long as you temper your expectations regarding the size of the flat, you will be fine with this property. It is a walk-up on a European 2nd floor - which means third floor to us across the pond. Not really an issue. The apartment is perfect for a couple, and tight if you have more people - even with the additional sleeping areas --- just super tight. It is very quiet, so once you're back at the flat, you can relax and not have to deal with city noises. You really can get a good rest. The location is fantastic. We walked pretty much everywhere, with the exception of getting to the Eiffel Tower and Versailles for which we took metro/RER. Lots of good shops, places to eat, tourist attractions are within 10-15 minutes at leisurely waking pace. Vincent was very accommodating to our family, even when we requested a change to our itineray resulting from a change to our travel schedule. We recommend this property without reservation.
