With a 17m long balcony,located at the 5th floor with elevator this family apartment is just amoment walk away,(300m) from the Parc Monceau.It is 15'walk from the Arc de Triomphe ( 2 metro stations).This 1882 classical apartment (1050 sqfeet) living space,and a 2.90m high molded type ceiling is south,south west oriented,with a 17m long balcony which spans all the rooms.It offers a great view on the Paris roofs until the Parc Monceau.
It is fully furnished with all amenities.Even if the area is quiet there are double glazed windows in all rooms.
The large 34 sqm living room comes with a 65'large screen plasma TV with foreign channels.
The main bedroom,with air conditioning,has a comfortable queen's bed wit a 27cm mattress.
2nd bedroom,with a folding type bed to save place,has exactly same mattress.
You will appreciate the large 12 sqm bathroom,with bath tub,shower and bidet.The WC are located in a separate room,with 2 doors for privacy.There is a hand wash too.The kitchen is fully equipped and you will feel such at home.Please note that i am living there several monts per year.
It comes complete with a high speed internet,150 mbts.The flat suits perfectly for 4 guests.A cot for a baby is available too.
Shops including a bakery are all less than 100m.Supermarkets are at 300m.The typical market streets,Levis and Poncelet are 10' walk away.
There plenty of restaurants in a close surrounding.
Metro access is very easy easy with 4 stations,Wagram,Malesherbes,Monceau,Courcelles.It just depends where you want to go.
I do not have a parking.However there is a pay parking nearby with affordable week rates.

Best Paris Trip Ever
I cannot say enough about this property, it was the perfect Paris experience. The apartment is simply gorgeous, and the location is outstanding. Our host Christian was very patient and helpful (we had some unexpected difficulties in our journey to Paris) I very much hope to stay again!

What a Locstion!
Walking distance to the Champs Elysee. Monceau Park is one block away and it was so lovely to walk around, or enjoy a picnic. Christian was such a great host. We would definitely stay here again.

A Stunning Property
This apartment is so beautiful, you won't want to leave. Christian was a responsive and attentive host who provided all the comforts of home in an environment that made us feel as though we were Parisian locals. Immaculately clean and well maintained, with many thoughtful amenities, you will find this place comfortable and welcoming. On any future trips to Paris, this is the only place we would want to stay. The neighborhood is lovely and there are several metro stations nearby to get you anywhere in the city. If you are a frequent traveler, you will appreciate the elegance of this lovely home away from home.

Excellent week in Paris
We spent a wonderful week in Paris with our 10 and 11 year old grandsons. Christian’s apartment is located in a great neighbourhood with easy access by foot or metro to all sites in Paris. Communication with Christian was excellent prior to our trip and upon arrival.

Hidden Gem in the Perfect Parisian Neighborhood
We had very little knowledge of Paris and its various neighborhoods, but this property was amazing and perfectly situated. Even with the bustling preparation for the Olympics, we found peace, quiet, calm and Parisian charm. Christian meet us for check-in and from there it was an absolute dream. The department was spacious, had every amenity, and we felt home for our entire stay. The neighborhood offered restaurants, small cafes, bakeries, shopping - it had it all. Also, we were just a few blocks from the metro station, so the entire city was just footsteps away. We wish we didn't have to leave!

Spent a lovely two weeks in this gorgeous space. Was perfect for three adults. Location was great for getting around the city and proximity to a fabulous bakery and Monoprix were a plus!

Close to everything. But still in a local neighborhood.
To stay here in this lovely space in this lovely neighborhood so close to everything you might need or want in Paris but to still be in a quiet space. Amazing. A quick walk to the metro. A quick walk to the Arch. A quick walk to the park. A corner boulangerie that has a line out the door all day ( because all the Parisians get their bread there) The only other thing you might want is an amazing host who greets you with a bottle of his favorite champagne... Yeah you get that too. We spent a week. We will absolutely be returning.

Lovely 17th!
A lovely place to stay in Paris. Extremely comfortable beds, plenty of room to spread out. The 17th is quiet and has many boutiques, markets, bistros, and cafes.

We had a wonderful stay in Christian's beautiful and quintessentially Parisian apartment! The apartment is quite elegant, and it has a lovely view of Parc Monceau and of the Parisian rooftops. It was as comfortable as could be in every way, and Christian was the most gracious host, thoughtfully providing us with everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood was charming as well, with a boulangerie down the block, many charming shops and cafes, the lovely Parc Monceau, and two subway stations that could get us anywhere in Paris very quickly.

Fantastic Property!
This is really such a beautiful apartment. It is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's in a quiet location, but close to several metro stops. There are some wonderful food shops nearby, we particularly like Rue de Levis. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated as we arrived during a heat wave. The beds were super comfortable too. All around an ideal place to stay in Paris.

Charming apartment in historic neighborhood
The apartment is located very close to the Monceau metro station for easy access to the entire city. The apartment is very comfortable (especially the bed, surprisingly) and we enjoyed the view from the tiny balcony. Thankfully they had an air conditioner in the bedroom which allowed us to sleep comfortably in 90 degree temps. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Would come here agai
