With a 17m long balcony,located at the 5th floor with elevator this family apartment is just amoment walk away,(300m) from the Parc Monceau.It is 15'walk from the Arc de Triomphe ( 2 metro stations).This 1882 classical apartment (1050 sqfeet) living space,and a 2.90m high molded type ceiling is south,south west oriented,with a 17m long balcony which spans all the rooms.It offers a great view on the Paris roofs until the Parc Monceau.
It is fully furnished with all amenities.Even if the area is quiet there are double glazed windows in all rooms.
The large 34 sqm living room comes with a 65'large screen plasma TV with foreign channels.
The main bedroom,with air conditioning,has a comfortable queen's bed wit a 27cm mattress.
2nd bedroom,with a folding type bed to save place,has exactly same mattress.
You will appreciate the large 12 sqm bathroom,with bath tub,shower and bidet.The WC are located in a separate room,with 2 doors for privacy.There is a hand wash too.The kitchen is fully equipped and you will feel such at home.Please note that i am living there several monts per year.
It comes complete with a high speed internet,150 mbts.The flat suits perfectly for 4 guests.A cot for a baby is available too.
Shops including a bakery are all less than 100m.Supermarkets are at 300m.The typical market streets,Levis and Poncelet are 10' walk away.
There plenty of restaurants in a close surrounding.
Metro access is very easy easy with 4 stations,Wagram,Malesherbes,Monceau,Courcelles.It just depends where you want to go.
I do not have a parking.However there is a pay parking nearby with affordable week rates.

Wonderful stay in authentic Paris family apartment
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming family apartment. Christian is a kind and responsive host. The location was easy access to the metro. Plenty of access close by for restaurants, pharmacy and shops. We didn't want to leave!

What a Locstion!
Walking distance to the Champs Elysee. Monceau Park is one block away and it was so lovely to walk around, or enjoy a picnic. Christian was such a great host. We would definitely stay here again.

Close to everything. But still in a local neighborhood.
To stay here in this lovely space in this lovely neighborhood so close to everything you might need or want in Paris but to still be in a quiet space. Amazing. A quick walk to the metro. A quick walk to the Arch. A quick walk to the park. A corner boulangerie that has a line out the door all day ( because all the Parisians get their bread there) The only other thing you might want is an amazing host who greets you with a bottle of his favorite champagne... Yeah you get that too. We spent a week. We will absolutely be returning.

Hidden Gem in the Perfect Parisian Neighborhood
We had very little knowledge of Paris and its various neighborhoods, but this property was amazing and perfectly situated. Even with the bustling preparation for the Olympics, we found peace, quiet, calm and Parisian charm. Christian meet us for check-in and from there it was an absolute dream. The department was spacious, had every amenity, and we felt home for our entire stay. The neighborhood offered restaurants, small cafes, bakeries, shopping - it had it all. Also, we were just a few blocks from the metro station, so the entire city was just footsteps away. We wish we didn't have to leave!

We had a wonderful stay in Christian's beautiful and quintessentially Parisian apartment! The apartment is quite elegant, and it has a lovely view of Parc Monceau and of the Parisian rooftops. It was as comfortable as could be in every way, and Christian was the most gracious host, thoughtfully providing us with everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood was charming as well, with a boulangerie down the block, many charming shops and cafes, the lovely Parc Monceau, and two subway stations that could get us anywhere in Paris very quickly.

Lovely 19th century Parisian apartment next to parc Monceau
We chose this apartment due to my week-long work event in Paris. I wanted to stay near my work (Palais de Congres and La Defense) and have more amenities and space than a hotel room typically provides. Christian was an excellent host, reaching out a few weeks before my trip with information about getting to the apartment from air or rail, and other information about the neighborhood. He waited on site until we got to the apartment and took about half an hour to show us all of the features and how everything worked. He also made recommendations for restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. The building is lovely, with original marble floors and stained glass throughout. It has a small elevator, just enough space to get you and your luggage up to the 5th floor! The apartment is spacious, with generous windows for daylight and rooftop views. There is a separate water closet and spacious bathroom (with wardrobe space for hanging clothes). There is a primary bedroom with plenty of drawer space, and a separate study with a murphy bed if you need additional sleeping accommodations. Christian also welcomed us with a bottle of champagne from a friend's vineyard and a bottle of sparkling water (much appreciated after many hours of travel!). Unfortunately, we had a personal emergency that required us to leave earlier than planned, so we didn't get to stay as long as we would have liked. While we were there, we enjoyed daily walks at the nearby Parc Monceau. Highly recommend!

Excellent week in Paris
We spent a wonderful week in Paris with our 10 and 11 year old grandsons. Christian’s apartment is located in a great neighbourhood with easy access by foot or metro to all sites in Paris. Communication with Christian was excellent prior to our trip and upon arrival.

Christian is a spectacular HOST
Perfect accommodation for my husband, I and our two small lovely gentle black cats (Chat Noir). We would love stay again and again. Bathed in the morning Sun (which they cats loved), & beautiful Sunrise over quaint Parisian rooftops. Best of many Paris apartments in multiple arrondissement de Paris we've stayed. Christian personally greeted us downstairs rental, helped us upstairs and thoroughly showed us operations: doors locks, appliances, hide away bed, garbage disposal, ect. Grateful! Location is fantastic area with Arc de Tromp & Champs-Élysées less than a mile walking distance. Parc Monceau (fav of Impressionist Painter Monet) a mere stones throw from this enchanting apartment. Cleanliness-Highest Thoughtfulness to needed amenities was perfect. An absolute pleasure of a stay. Christian is a very attentive host.

This apartment was all that we had anticipated. Communicating with the Owner prior to our visit was very responsive and easy, with plenty of information to assure us of a comfortable stay. A lovely apartment in a lovely area of Paris
We loved this apartment so close to Parc Monceau and convenient to several metro and bus lines. It was very spacious and charming, filled with lovely art and antiques, thus giving it a warm and comfortable feeling. The apartment was well supplied with the essentials. Lovely apartment by Parc Monceau
Beautiful apartment in a historic building. Well appointed and nicely decorated with traditional art and furniture. High ceilings and good views out the many windows. Two large bedrooms and a very large bathroom with a wonderful tub. Many amenities that are not standard in Europe: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, convection oven, and an elevator to get you up to the fifth floor. The location is great. Not a tourist area but the beautiful Parc Monceau and four excellent museums very close by: Nissan de Comando, Cernuschi, Henner and Jacquemart-Andre. The Russian Orthodox Church Alexandre Nevsky is also a must see. Many transportation options for metro and buses close by.

Charming apartment in historic neighborhood
The apartment is located very close to the Monceau metro station for easy access to the entire city. The apartment is very comfortable (especially the bed, surprisingly) and we enjoyed the view from the tiny balcony. Thankfully they had an air conditioner in the bedroom which allowed us to sleep comfortably in 90 degree temps. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Would come here agai

Beautiful apartment
We had a wonderful week in this fully equipped beautiful apartment. The metro was at the end of the street and we navigated the city seamlessly. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The AC unit was a dream for the few hot evenings we had in late August. Absolutely perfect!
The location of this apartment was perfect for us. The immediate area is relatively quiet, but a 5 minute walk to the metro and restaurants. Several markets within a short walk. The pizza place next door was a favorite for my son. And the apartment..! Well stocked with everything we needed and super comfortable. It was more spacious than I expected it to be. The air con in the bedrooms was a life saver for the couple of days when temps got hot. And the icing on the cake...we were able to see the airplane and helicopter parade for La Fête Nationale from the little balcony! Thank you so much Christian. We will absolutely stay here again next time we're in Paris!

Lovely Paris Stay
We just spent two weeks at Christian's apartment. He met us himself at check-in and gave us a great introduction to the building and space. We loved all the windows with natural light and stepping out to the balcony to admire the views. We enjoyed strolling through Parc Monceau and a longer walk to the Arc de Triumph and Eiffel Tower. There is the most delicious bakery a few doors down as well as a small market. There are two metro stops within 2-3 blocks. A Monoprix is about a 10-minute walk. The apartment is further away from most tourist attractions, so it is a bit longer metro journey, but we liked it that way. We loved retreating here at the end of the day with no other tourists around and opening the windows to hear nothing but the voices of the neighbors coming to and fro and the chatter of French and laughter from the restaurant on the corner in the evening. The two beds were both very comfortable, and we slept great each night. Christian was great at communication with us both before and during our visit. Great stay!
