The apartment is 40m², it is fully equipped for your comfort. The spacious 10m² terrace has a clear view and can be used for your meals or moments of relaxation.
In the bedroom: a new bed (140x190 mattress) and a large wardrobe with automatic lighting, for 2 people. The toilets are separate from the bathroom. In the day area: the sofa bed can accommodate up to 2 people.
The kitchen is open to the living room, it is fully equipped for your daily life. You will find a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, toaster and espresso machine.

Bien, mais...
Appartement bien placé (bord de Seine), mais en conséquence bruyant et pollué. Ouvrir les fenêtres du séjour pour aérer n'est pas conseillé le matin... Le canapé-lit du séjour n'est pas confortable et à éviter. Bruit de VMC très fort dans le séjour (plus que la circulation !), boules Quiès obligatoires pour dormir. Mais c'est vrai qu'il y a un lave-vaisselle, une cafetière dosettes type Nespresso. Une terrasse, mais pas très utile au mois d'octobre. Aucune vue non plus, peut-être pas mal au printemps et en fin d'été... Pas d'accueil personnel. Uniquement des mails/SMS indiquant la démarche à suivre pour l'arrivée (plusieurs codes à composer pour entrer), mais c'est rodé et ça fonctionne. Pas eu de souci là-dessus. Par contre, l'annonce indique "parking disponible" alors que ce n'est pas le cas. Piégeant quand on vient en voiture. On trouve des places le soir, mais attention, entre 8h et 19h le quartier est payant.

Stylish, well-equipped, friendly
The appartment is well-situated just outside the boulevard periferique near to metro, train and bus stations. (Bus line 54 from place Voltaire proved especially helpful to us.) The neighbourhood is quiet and the appartment well isolated from traffic noise.The advertisement gives a good picture of the appartment. We appreciated that the owner kept an eye on us during our 4-week stay, making sure that all our needs remained fulfilled. We had a most pleasant stay and would come again.
