This fully equipped studio is in the one of most desirable areas to live in paris . The oberkampf area. Public transportation is dense with 5 metro lines at walking distance. Around the corner you will find the popincourt market which is a very active open air market open every tuesday and friday mornings. 3 excellent bakers in the same block ( even for parisian standards it is outstanding ) and an amazing collection of restaurants and cafes nearby. a great butcher and for the convenience of all a large supermaket.
The studio consists of a main room with a fully equipped kitchen ( including a dishwasher and a combo oven) , a table for 2, a very comfortable quality hotel queen size bed ( 160*200 cm ) and a very large closet . the bathroom has a basin, a large shower, a toilet, a washer and a separate drier .
The studio lies on the back of a late XIX century buiding at the second floor ( third american ) with elevator and therefore is away from street noise. you can sleep with windows open .

The apartment comes free WI-Fi and free cable TV and you wont need to pack a multi outlet power bar since there are about 20 outlets at your disposal.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers quality linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than five minutes) to Le Marais, Bastille square and Republique square. You can then access metro hubs easily ( Republique and Bastille ) and go just eveywhere in paris directly without changing lines. And you are only 15 minutes walking to the very center of Paris, chatelet.

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 1200pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 1200pm.

Lovely studio apartment in great neighborhood
My husband and I had a fantastic stay in this charming flat in the 11th Arrondissement. Great walks across the city from this well located spot - not in the thick of things but easy access to everything by foot, metro, Uber, etc. Charming, classic building; great open-air market a few blocks away (twice weekly); good restaurants, bars and shops nearby. We loved it and will stay here again!

Olivier the property contact was extremely responsive and accommodating. The room was comfortable and quiet. It was helpful to have a small elevator to help in getting luggage upstairs.

We really liked the area. The flat is located close to great restaurants, pastries, and cafes. This was a perfect launch point for our many adventures in Paris. Conveniently located close to the metro station as well.

Lovely time in Paris
My husband and I visited Paris for 9 days and stayed at this perfectly located studio. Since it was just the two of us the size was not an issue. As our visit was during the later part of June, coming back to air conditioning after a long day of sight seeing, it felt wonderful. The place is close to metro stops, amazing patisseries, and wonderful cafes/places to eat.

Lovely Summer Stay!
My husband and I had a terrific stay in Paris at this apartment. We stayed for about 5 days and loved the easy access to public transport, bakeries, shops, and restaurants all within under 10 mins walk! The place is small, but what isn’t in Paris? It was very efficiently laid out, though, and we were able to use the kitchen and laundry machines easily. Because it’s in a residential area, it was super quiet at night, and the air conditioner saved us when it got hot outside. Communication with the host was super easy, we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful apartment, great neighborhood
We loved staying in this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and the view out the windows was perfectly Parisian. The neighborhood is great too- within 2 blocks you have a plethora of restaurants, bakeries, fromageries, and corner stores. The market that pops up twice a week down the block is lovely as well. My only critique is that the apartment was lacking a few basic conveniences like dish towels, napkins, and a kitchen trash can. But we had an amazing time and would go back in an instant!

Nice apartment
It was a comfortable apartment. First day in Paris was 91 degrees and it felt good having an air conditioner. Washer and dryer worked well. A lttle tricky turning on stove but it was fine. Wi fi signal was good. Neighborhood was ok and accessible to train. Getting to the Louvre was only 20 minutes by metro. I recommend the place.
