AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. When we checked in, they gave us the wrong key in the lockbox. We called the number of the office provided that was supposed to be open until 8pm but noone answered. We can to call the after hours and even then, they were clueless. Finally someone told us that there's an extra key to the other lockbox. We finally got in after about an hour.
The property lobby and stairs very dangerous as it's not well lighted. It's very dark and crickety.
They knew there were 6 of us but only had towels for 4. The sheets on the sofabed in one of the rooms are not fresh. It looked like someone slept there already.
There are no sheets nor pillows for the other sofa bed.
The wifi password was not provided untile the i contacted the emergency number again at 10pm that night.
There are holes on the flooring. I understamd this is a historic building but that could have been fixed.
We had to unclog two of the sinks ourselves because nobody was replying to our emails and calls.
Two of the 3 fans were not working. One fan has missing/broken blade. The other just makes loud noises when you turn it on.
All these were communicated by email multiple times. Noone replied.
Ghe following day, I finally got a missed call and when I called them back, they told me to open the door.
No apologies, no setting up the time before hand, nothing. They just expected us to be there and be ready so they can fix whatever they need to fix or do whatever they need to do.
