This 50 m² studio, on the 6th floor with elevator of a residential building, is designed to accommodate 4 people. It benefits from an unobstructed view of Paris and comprises :

- an open-plan sleeping area with double bed (140cm) and sofa bed, office area, lounge and dining area,
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- bathroom with bathtub,
- separate WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, clothes hangers,
- central heating, carbon monoxide detector,
- TV, satellite or cable, Wifi.
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.
