We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of L'Haÿ-les-Roses, this charming apartment of a surface of 86 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it is composed of a pretty living room of 34 m², an open equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room and you can enjoy two private balconies as well as a common garden of about 500 m². Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day space:
- A living room of 34 m² with TV, sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee maker...
Night space:
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200) with shower room.
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.

Exterior:
- Two balconies, one facing East and the second facing West of 6 and 12 m², to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A garden with trees shared by the occupants of about 500 m² and very well maintained with benches in the shade.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in L'Haÿ-les-Roses, in a very pleasant and quiet environment near Paris, 7 minutes from Orly and 9 kilometers from Paris. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Great Park of L'Haÿ les Roses in front with the Rose Garden.
