The pictures are misleading. The rooms are old and worn out, very small with a a bad smell, very dirty. We had a room with an extra twin bed and it was a hospital bed which gave me an anxiety attack. It had dirty straps. We felt very scared almost like if it was an experiment bed. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and discriminating. The man who led us to our room did not allow us to take our luggage because we had too many bags and insisted on leaving our bags in their bag compartment at the lobby. He sarcastically made a comment about our luggage It was a horrible experience arriving in Paris. The only positive thing we saw was the location.

We chose the property for it’s location so convenient with easy access to so many things. We were upgraded which was a great surprise and much appreciated. Our only disappointment came from the concierge. He was super friendly and accommodating but his referrals to a local restaurant were severely disappointing. We were on a specific mission to enjoy beef boirguignon our first night in Paris and he sent us to a place where that plate was an afterthought and it was the worst version we’ve had anywhere. I hate to be negative but had to share that.

The room was nice and quiet, with comfy beds and pillows. The staff were friendly and very helpful, taking care of our luggage even after we checked out. We loved the restaurant downstairs, and the superb location made it easy to get around the center of the city. It would be perfect if there was a fan in the bathroom!

Excellent location, only a couple of blocks away from the Tuileries Gardens. You can walk to the Louvre Museum and the Champs Elysees. Near several metro stations. Clean, quiet. Staff extremely friendly and always will it to help in any way. Delicious breakfast.

I stayed here for a night and was perfect for a short stay. The staff was really friendly. My room was overall clean, although there was a used tissu on the floor. The staff went above and beyond for me. I am so grateful. I was waiting on a package to arrive from the US that was important. It had not arrived by the time i checked in, but the staff accepted the package after i had checked out and let me know when it arrived. They were helpful, polite and attentive. I would highly recommend. The breakfast was also wonderful and i would recommend.

The hotel is a small French boutique hotel that we are always looking for and also in the best neighborhood. Many great restaurants within a few yards. The staff was a 10! Absolutely the best. We were there for seven nights and stayed in two different rooms. The first was on the sixth floor with three dormers and balconies. Even though we had to duck to not hit our heads on one side of the room we still loved it. Our second room was a corner room. Both so perfectly simple European. The only negative would be the restaurant where we had dinner one night. While the food was tasty the waiter treated us like we were so annoying to him by just being there- and there were only two other occupied tables. We would most definitely stay there again.
