Older property, street was noisy (not hotel’s fault), and we needed to have the window open for fresh cool air. Discovered if we looked out our window down the street we could see the Eiffel Tower!

Best decision ever excelent service, my friend the receptionist in the night is the best and very informative and helpful person, they put in the room water and juice and the breakfast is delicious and the afternoon a lot snack the best the best hotel also de transportation is very close and don’t miss go to Mortmatre you can walk from the hotel is just 9 mins Merci…

The hotel is very clean and quiet, staff is very nice and accomodating (five stars for Emma), breakfast was very good. Close to dinning options and metro stations. Overall, a perfect place to stay for visiting Paris.

A Friendly and Comfortable Place to Stay in Paris
This is a great place to stay in Paris. We have stayed here twice. The location is convenient - 7 min walk to a Metro station, 30 min walk to the Louvre, etc. It is a nice neighborhood being a little removed from the hectic center of town, but with plenty of bars and restaurants close by. The rooms are very small but quiet and comfortable (the AC works great!). The breakfast was nice and worth the additional cost. They offer free snacks and coffee in the late afternoon and evening - a nice touch. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and will come back for sure.

A safe choice
We has a pleasant two night stay at Hôtel Palm - Astotel in March. It had all the standard touches you can expect from an Astotel: A good breakfast, the minibar in the room with free soft drinks, tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks provided free of charge at the reception after 2pm in the afternoon. The room was a good size for Paris, but suffered from lack of storage space. We had room 201 which was great for us as it faced the inner yard. In any case Rue De Maubeuge is not a very busy street so traffic noise should not be a problem in any of the rooms. The only little complaint was that the courtesy tray in the room with tea, coffee and milk was not replenished for the second night. However, we decided not to complain as we could get tea and coffee downstairs in the common area. We would happily stay at Hôtel Palm - Astotel again.

Great stay in Paris
Wonderful small hotel with an amazing breakfast buffet and 2pm snacks in the lobby. The rooms have a fridge stocked with water, orange juice and soda, all complimentary. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, which is normal for Europe. Highly recommend!

Quaint hotel - perfect location for short stay
After a 15 minute walk from Gare du Nord we arrived at this quaint hotel. The man at the front desk was extremely friendly, informative, kind, spoke good English and offered help any time we wished it. The room (standard double) was small but quaint and served our purpose adequately for our short stay. We could open the windows to get fresh air, see the street below and “feel” that we were in Paris. We had tea and coffee, a mini fridge with items for free inside, space to put our bag on the floor and also a wardrobe. A full length mirror was on the wall and the bathroom was also small but functional for us. Shower had good pressure. The bed was comfy enough for one night. Only one downside - the early morning clean up trucks on the street was loud and woke us up with a start. Again, for one night it’s okay to deal with.
