Warm and clean. Excellent comfortable beds. Very close to the subway station. I would stay at the Victor Masse again and again.

Hotel is very nice and cozy with very friendly and helpful staff. Very good location close to Metro and other transportations. Elevator looks brand new. The only issues encountered were some street noise and the building being old the floors are a bit creaky. Enjoyed our stay.

I stayed here around Christmas time. it was great in terms of location – right close to the lovely Monmatre area and subway. It is in the heart of the neon strip with lots of strip clubs etc. but this didn't bother me. Perhaps if I'd had a family with me I'd have considered somewhere different, but probably not – the area is more a touristy sex shop area rather than a red light district. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean and the bed comfortable. it was on the low end of pricing too, so I was happy. In contrast, my brother and his fiancé stayed in Le Marais area (very central and good for shopping) and he paid about 3 times what I did (I paid just under £100 a night) and his place did not sound all that much more satisfying than mine.

When I arrived at the Hotel, I was extremely stressed due to having my phone stolen earlier on in the evening, had no access to my contacts or emails and was lucky to remember the name of the hotel as I have memory issues. Bertille, who was on the desk that night, restored my faith in people as she offered kind words, let me use the computer and phone to try to get in touch with important services and people, even booking a cab for me as I no longer had a phone to do this. Without her help, my journey to the next country would have been a disaster- if even possible. Her patience and determination in going above and beyond for people is unwavering, as I witnessed through interactions with people that came through during the evening. People can be helpful in these situations, but I've never experienced anything like it. It wasn't the places that were the highlight of my day in paris, but this. As for the rooms, pressure of the showers is absolutely outstanding. Clean, great lighting, tasteful colour scheme. For the money, the best deal you'll get in Paris. How this is apparently a two star hotel boggles the mind!

Przyjemny hotel przy Pigalle, dużo knajpek w pobliżu, dobra lokalizacja Niestety pokój 3osobowy na 6 pietrze nie posiadał klimatyzacji tylko stojący wiatrak, w upalna noc nie dało się spać. Przy otwartym oknie ogromny hałas przez 3/4 nocy - tutaj jest to duży minus.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel ca. 5 Gehminuten von der Metro 2 und 12 entfernt, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Bars fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal im Hotel war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer angemessen groß für 2 Personen, allerdings alles relativ abgenutzt und in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr bequemes Bett und sehr gute Dusche mit gutem Wasserdruck. WLAN war vorhanden, funktionierte okay. Zimmer ist mit Teppich ausgelegt, für Hausstauballergiker vielleicht nicht ganz irrelevant. Wir waren 5 Nächte da und fanden es vor allem für den Preis sehr ok :) Bei Google schreiben viele in den Rezensionen, dass das Hotel in einer nicht so guten Gegend liegt - ja, es liegt nahe Moulin Rouge und diverser Sexshops, aber dennoch ist die Gegend sehr belebt mit Touristen und jungen Menschen, die dort ausgehen, wir haben uns dort nie unsicher oder unwohl gefühlt. Laut war es nachts auch am Wochenende nicht über die üblichen Großstadtgeräusche hinaus.

El Hotel Victor Masse, es uno para utilizar en viajes cortos o de negocios. Si buscas economía familiar, hay otras opciones. Tienen muy buen personal, durante el dia. Durante la noche, dependiendo de quien este en front desk, así será el trato.
