I’m so happy I choose this hotel. We had 30 hours to see the most we could of Paris. I wanted northeast because we were coming in from Charles De Gaulle and took the train into the city to Gare du Nord. And the next day, train from Gare Du Nord to London. Location was perfect. Walkable and safe. Example we walked an easy 10 min to Galleries Lafayette. Also easy to hop on the 9 metro line to Eiffel area. And many other things. Staff, so friendly and helpful. Quick to offer to look things up for me, print out directions. They also held our bags after checkout next morning so we could look around before our train out to London. We chose the small upgrade to a balcony room and loved it. Picturesque! Room was very clean and bright with neutral contemporary furnishings and updated bathroom. Coffee machine and small fridge in room. I would definitely stay here again.

I want to stay here every time I come to Paris! The room was chic, clean, and sizeable, with a super comfy bed & nuxe toiletries. The staff were friendly and spoke English well. The location is walkable to two different metros and tons of restaurants, including a great Thai one around the corner. And...there's a sauna on site! The only thing that might throw someone off is that they ask you to leave the key at the front desk whenever you leave - I found it fine and it was never a long wait to get the key back.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Great location. Two of the three front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful. However one of the front desk staff seemed annoyed and scowled when we approached to ask a question. But we only had to interact with her twice. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Joe M always a great experience
So always stay here very central but above all the service - Top tip for Travellers each room has personal Air Con unit - Location is 10 minutes from Gare Du Nord. 5 Minutes to Gallery Lafayette - Opera Same distance. However what set this hotel apart is the service Staff are great - and nothing is too much of an issue

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the bus stop and train station. We were particularly impressed with the customer service. Angela was Awesome. The property provided everything we needed for our brief 2 night stay in Paris. It is close to restaurants, close to the Eurostar train station, and close to getting on the Tour Buses that guide you around the city. The room was quiet and cozy. The only downside to the stay is the males who work the front counter as their attitude could be annoying to deal with. The female staff, whose name we forgot, is by far the best employee. She made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived and recommended places to go.

Great little oasis in Paris!
Great little spot close to Gare du Nord, very quaint and with amazing staff. Wonderful decor and the beds are some of the best. One downside is some cracked tiles in our bathroom. But it was clean, hospitable and a nice little oasis! Bonus points for having a Franprix (market) across the street!
