I thought it would be old and quaint but it was just old. It’s not a place that you really want to spend time in. It was relatively clean and a decent area close to transport. I don’t like the fact that I had to leave the key at the front desk when I went out. I would spend more and stay somewhere nicer next time.

IL SOGGIORNO PEGGIORE DELLA MIA VITA. Struttura fatiscente, sporca con peli e capelli nel letto e nel bagno, macchie dappertutto, nelle tende nelle fodere del letto, crepe nei muri, muffa, phon guasto moquette bucata e macchiata. Pagato per due letti matrimoniali, ci danno una stanza con un solo letto, l'indomani mattina sveglia alle cinque perché dovevamo prendere il treno per rennes e, sorpresa la porta della reception bloccata per un guasto alla serratura, siamo rimasti chiusi dentro per più di tre ore senza possibilità di uscita,Non Hanno un uscita di sicurezza!!! Abbiamo dovuto rifare i biglietti di tasca (250€) con la promessa del rimborso da parte del proprietario che non ha mai fatto, nonostante dicesse "Je suis desolé" . Il signore per fare si che stessimo buoni ci cambia la stanza dandocene un'altra nelle stesse condizioni della prima ma con una brandina da campeggio con materasso alto si e no 10cm. Andate da un altra parte anche in periferia, almeno sono alberghi

Hotel bien situé dans Paris, mais nécessite une réfection (Moquette trouée, peinture défraîchie, lampes d'éclairage qui sont à remplacer, toilette ébrécheé). Le linge de lit et de toilette sont parfaitement propres.

Proche de tout , mais cher .
Hotel très bien situé. Très proche de la gare montparnasse, bar,resto,métro, tout juste a côté.le personnel est très gentil,serviable, courtois.Merci a eux .points faibles: pas d ascenseur, eau froide au reveil, premiers levés , premiers lavés. Le chauffe eau doit être trop petit .trop cher pour un hotel de cette qualité, environ 150 euros avec la taxe de séjour pour 1 nuit , on paye la proximité et non la qualité. Je tiens a remercier le personnel que l on a vu pour la gentillesse . Merci a eux .

Je déconseille fortement cet établissement. L’employé présent la nuit (sûrement le gérant de cet « hôtel ») nous parlait comme si nous étions des chiens, nous faisait des gestes pour nous faire comprendre de dégager et d’aller dans nos chambres. Qu’il prenne sa retraite si c’est pour traiter ses clients de la sorte ! La moisissure présente dans toute la salle de bain dégageait une odeur irrespirable dans la minuscule salle de bain non aérée. Les serviettes posées sur le porte serviettes mangé par la rouille. La chambre sentait le renfermé. Donnez votre argent à un autre établissement parce que le prix ne vaut clairement pas la chambre.

Pas de femme de ménage, personnel incompétent
Personnel pas du tout accueillant, on a fermé la porte avant que je rentre à 22h j'ai dû attendre dehors au froid pour que le mec de l'accueil revienne pour ouvrir. Et la cerise je suis resté deux nuit et ma chambre n'a jamais été faite je rentre la deuxième nuit et rien n'a été fait.
